  The car I rented ran out of gas ⛽️ too fast and car needed to be cleaned. It was not clean enough or properly. Bugs were left on the windows. Please do maintenance on your vehicles

  Currently in a billing dispute for an over charge of approximately $777.10. I am now retired after 30+ years in sales, this looks like a classic case of BS (bait and switch). Original contract/agreement for 10 weeks, confirmed total including all fees except tolls and gas. My rental contract from Enterprise has turned out to be "very surprising" ... btw, I have been renting cars every winter for close to 20yrs, thought I would give Enterprise a go. Turns out a no go moving forward. Also the car exterior was absolutely filthy 😳 when I picked it up. Already planning to drive my personal car to Florida in the future.

  Check Everything Before You Drive I’ve rented several vehicles from the Tosrn Inn Enterprise location 2 time, and unfortunately, I’ve noticed a consistent problem. The cars were not clean when I received them, both inside and out, and the fuel tank was never full as it should be. I strongly advise future renters to take detailed photos of the car before driving off, because this location does not always check the vehicle’s condition properly. In my experience, when they finally review the car, any issues are sometimes incorrectly attributed to the last renter, not the actual cause. During my last visit, I reported scratches and dirt both inside and under the car to the staff. The employee’s response was, “Oh no, it’s OK.” I then took photos of everything to document the condition myself. If you rent from this location, document everything thoroughly to avoid unfair charges or disputes later
