    The staff was exceptional, and I especially want to recognize Vee, who stood out as one of the most efficient, friendly, and welcoming customer service professionals I’ve encountered anywhere. From the moment we arrived, Vee greeted us with an amazing attitude, kept everything moving smoothly, and made the entire process quick, easy, and genuinely pleasant. That level of service makes a huge difference after a flight. The vehicle selection was excellent, with plenty of great options to choose from, and the car we received was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for our trip. Everything about the pickup experience felt organized, professional, and customer-focused. Enterprise truly delivered on every level, and this experience has made them my clear first choice. I will absolutely use Enterprise again the next time I’m in Orlando, and I highly recommend the MCO location—especially if you’re lucky enough to work with Vee.

    I just want to extend my sincere appreciation to “Brandon” at the Orlando MCO Airport Enterprise. Brandon went above and beyond tonight to help my daughter who was in distress and three hours away. My daughter called me crying after a mix up with her reservation and issues with her credit card. She ended up going to three different locations to pick up her rental where Brandon finally made it a point to assist her and get her on her way. Being some distance away and not being able to get to her to help was heart wrenching. It’s moments like these that remind us that there are still good people in the world. At a time where everyone is in a rush and people are often careless, Brandon reminded us that kindness still exists. Thank you and I commend Enterprise for having such a great employee representing their company. God Bless 🙏

    We arrived to Orlando at 8:20 pm. We ended up waiting about 45 minutes in total to get our paperwork completed. Because we did not have a credit card, we could not check in early despite calling ahead or going through the app. When we got to the car garage, the man who was at the enterprise station pointed to the car seats and said take what you need and walked off. No one offered to assist with car seats (in selection or installation to car). We got both car seats we needed after about 30 minutes of googling how to install unfamiliar car seats to an unfamiliar car and screaming, tired babies. Then, we put our kids in the seats to find that the straps were missing to one of the seats so we had to pull out my very fussy baby out to reinstall a new car seat. At this point, it was about 9:40 pm. The return process was very simple and straightforward and smooth. I just wish the pickup process went the same.

    Did not receive check-in email ahead of pick-up, and QR code scan onsite would not let me check-in, so I had to go back inside the airport to the counter. The agent in the lot said it was because I was renting a luxury vehicle. I asked the counter agent if that was the case, and she said no but that everyone has to come to the counter, which is not true. Two lies. I've never has to go to the counter after renting there several times per year for the past 15 years. The counter attendant made me show her my return flight information on my phone after stating it verbally was not sufficient. I have never had to report return flight information for a rental car - ever. Then, she asked me again after I signed all the paperwork. I did not appreciate her attitude that came with the inconvenience. The key fob on my rental died the first day, and it set the car alarm off when trying to access the vehicle. We had to figure out how to manually access the car and how to disengage the alarm by searching our phones in a parking lot while the alarm was going off. I had to purchase a new battery for the key fob. I reported this to the return agent, Indiana, and she graciously provided a credit for the inconvenience. That was the only bright spot on this rental. Very disappointed at how I was treated upon check-in after all my years of loyalty to Enterprise.

    I want to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I recently experienced at the Orlando Airport car rental location. During my visit, I encountered unhelpful staff which caused considerable inconvenience and frustration. We requested a Luxury Audi A4 or BMW 3 Series (or similar). We were given a Genesis. It was indicated our rental would fit four bags. It didn’t even fit two bags. As we were not familiar with the Genesis, we needed some instructions as to how to operate the car. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, my concerns were not addressed. I told the attendant this rental would not work for us. He told us to put the bag in the back seat, (not a good idea for a road trip). We were offered NO OTHER OPTIONS. Also, he gave us no instructions regarding the operation of the vehicle, and I was left without clear information regarding my rental. Due to this experience, we will seriously consider renting from Enterprise again.
