Vince took great care of me in my initial request and George made sure my ended experience was great as well. Will be seeing them in the future when I return to Orlando to visit my brother who just moved there for work.

So, I guess not the biggest car rental service there is. Okay, you can’t make a car materialize. I said can you pay for an uber a few miles down the street to another rental. Nope. Not even any real consideration. To add insult to injury after this conversation get from enterprise still standing in the parking lot to say there is no car available. And met another person standing there in the exact same situation. To the response: why in the world would I take anymore time out of my day to explain to you how poorly your business is run? You can’t retroactively make a car available and I won’t be using enterprise again, so I don’t want or need anything from you - just warning other people about how terrible the service is.

I booked the car online in advance, and after driving an hour by Uber to pick it up, my wife and I were told the car was not ready. They had no alternative vehicle and were extremely rude and uncooperative. This completely ruined my family’s Disney World vacation. Don’t go there and consider Enterprise unreliable. Have the plan B if you want to work with Enterprise.
