I was told over the phone that the offer would remain valid whenever I decided to sell. I clearly stated that I was just getting an idea and might sell in December, and they confirmed that was fine. A few days ago, I called back and said I was ready to sell. They asked me to prepare all documents (title, registration, etc.). I confirmed everything was ready. The appointment system was still showing $19,400. Then, two hours before my appointment, a woman from the Orlando branch called me to “confirm” details and suddenly said the price would now be $15,000, claiming that “prices dropped since last month.” This makes absolutely no sense. If prices had dropped, why was I contacted for days, asked to prepare paperwork, and shown the original price up until the appointment time? This was a complete waste of time and felt very misleading. I honestly question how many of the positive reviews are genuine, because my experience was the opposite of transparent or professional. I would not recommend this location
