Since it was my first time at this location, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but he made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. He took the time to explain what services my car needed and what could wait, which I really appreciated because I never felt pressured into anything unnecessary. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here. I felt welcomed, valued, and confident in the recommendations I received. I will definitely be returning for future service.
- EEErikFeb 21, 20261.0Came here to do an oil change. They offered to change my turn signal light as it was out. Upon finishing the signal job they slammed my trunk pretty hard. When I left I opened my trunk and went to close it and it would not close. The latch of the trunk got loose and is now moving. Spoke to the shop manager Chris to see how they could help me as my trunk was working 100% fine before arriving for service. Basically told me WHERE I could go fix it and would NOT take responsibility for anything. Unbelievable they have someone who lacks customer service running a SERVICE CENTER. Will never return here after coming here for years (living in the area since 2016) and I highly recommend you don’t come here either.

Been changing my oil here for a while even when in a previous Oil change another employee broke my back mirror wiper. Got free oil change the next time but today was the most stupid thing ever.

- ZZZachFeb 13, 20261.0Went in for JUST AN OIL CHANGE and They took advantage of my company card did all extra stuff to the truck they weren't supposed to do or needed to be done...they also installed the wrong size wiper blades they're so long they slam into the side of the window edge causing damage....they're lucky they aren't being sued
