MISCOMMUNICATION IS ABUNDANT AND NOW CORPORATE IS HAVING THEM EVAC OIL INSTEAD OF DRAINING IT BECAUSE THEY HAVE HAD SO MANY ISSUES WITH CROSS-THREADING THE DRAIN PLUGS. ALSO, WE ARE PAYING FOR THEM TO LUBE ALL ACCESSIBLE ZERK FITTINGS BUT THEY NEVER DO AND ALL INVOICES SAY THAT THE LUBE POINTS WERE INACCESSIBLE FOR EVERY VEHICLE THAT COMES IN. OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT IS FAILING US AS CUSTOMERS.

Not only was this the quickest oil change I’ve ever received, but the customer service was 10 out of 10. Everybody was super nice, the recommendations were real and I loved being able to see my air filter before being suggested that it needs to be changed. My interaction was With Janique & Marcos.
