This location at Michigan and Delaney is dependable and quick - 15 minutes in and out for an oil change, just as advertised. When I pulled into the business, I was greeted by Matt. I said I just needed an oil change, and he said to pull in behind the car in the bay area, and I would have no more than a 2-3-minute wait. True to his word, I pulled in within 3 minutes, and he was ready to service my vehicle. He properly explained my options, as well as any additional services I could consider after the free maintenance check. No hard sell, just things to consider even for future service. Although I did not need any additional services, I did make a note of his recommendation to go with synthetic oil for my next change given the amount of mileage on my vehicle. I appreciated Matt's service and consultation. Finally, I found a link on my phone for coupons available for Valvoline's various services, and I received a $7 discount on my oil change. Put me down as another satisfied customer.

My husband went to get his tires rotated and oil changed and the employee damaged a portion of his tire making the vehicle almost unsafe to drive. When he called to inform the team of the experience and damage their team directly caused, he was told they would absolutely cover the damages of the tire and to go get it fixed ASAP and they’ll reimburse us. He followed the exact directions he was told, taking his vehicle to be repaired, costing him $300! He then got a call a week later telling him they would NOT be covering the damages to his vehicle they caused. After being faithful customers for YEARS, we will NEVER be going back here for any kind of service ever again. Extremely disheartening to receive such terrible service.
