Left me a huge mess that they didn't care to clean in my engine bay & then dripped onto my garage floor; the pictures are posted here. I called & made a claim, sent pictures & video of the huge mess they left me with but haven't been called back in days, so I guess I won't be using Valvoline any more since they can't stand by their work. Third oil change this year at this location, new staff evidently needs training. Edit: Wow, $10 off my next service; too bad there won't be one, at least not with Valvoline. Despicable. Further edit: I spoke with the manager of the location who spun a new tale today; I brought my own supplies, & brought the wrong supplies, the wrong parts were put in my vehicle & that is what caused the mess; Yet I brought the exact same supplies for the same job earlier this year, & had no issues. It seems that Valvoline refuses provide a full refund or even in-house coupon under any circumstances, & sides with their workers over their customers.
