- TWTyler WalkerNov 9, 20251.0DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. My experience on Saturday, 11/8/2025, was shocking and unacceptable. I came in for a simple oil change. The staff aggressively attempted to upsell me on multiple services, which was frustrating enough, but then the experience turned fraudulent. A technician claimed I did not have an in-cabin air filter, which was a blatant lie, as one was clearly installed. When I returned home and checked the area myself, I discovered the truth: they had broken my existing cabin air filter cover, jammed the filter it back into the compartment so it would be hard to access, and hid the air filter cover under the entertainment console, seemingly hoping I wouldn't notice. When I immediately returned to the store to show the damage, a man with a beard, who claimed to be the manager (my paperwork names the manager as Eric), gave me attitude and was extremely rude and unprofessional, trying to ridicule me as if I know nothing about my car and saying I broke the part. He refused to provide contact information for his supervisor and flat-out told me to call corporate to make a claim, which I have now done. I also have dash cam footage of this whole exchange. Breaking a customer's property and then lying about it and hiding the damage is inexcusable. This location shows a severe lack of integrity and customer respect. Avoid at all costs.

The tech at the end told me I needed my front and rear differentials done. He proceeded to show me ““ video of how dry they were and how there was metal shavings on them. The cost to get this fixed would be $200 and that’s with a discount because it needed to be done. However, I had just taken my Jeep in to be serviced with a full rundown, not long before at my dealership. after hearing this news, I did go to my dealership to find out what was going on because this had been done as part of a full nine point inspection and no, my differentials had not needed to be done because I had already been done. So I don’t know what scam your texts are doing, but I will not be returning ever to a Valvoline instant oil change because I do not like being thought of as an easy mark.
