Both Firestone and the Ford dealership indicated it was poor, but Valvoline’s system showed otherwise. I brought proof as requested, and they eventually replaced the battery but refused to provide a receipt. I’ve called several times and even spoke with someone at Corporate. The on-site manager acted as if I was wrong for following up. It’s been weeks, and I’m still waiting for a call back from the regional manager..

On the first visit they changed out the tail light, I noticed my blinker stopped working. I went back to the location and asked about my blinker, they looked at it changed some things around and the tail light stopped working. It made no sense to me, so I asked for a refund. I had a feeling something was off because previously I took another truck up there to have the bulb changed and the same thing happened, but thought nothing of it. My husband had to go behind them and change that out. They would not give me a refund of $40 claiming it was faulty wiring. I spoke with a guy by the name of Micheal that claimed he was the manager and kept saying it was nothing he could do. After calling corporate found out Micheal was not the manager. I had a mechanic come out and take a look for a third opinion. Come to find out they put in the wrong bulb. My car takes 3157 bulb and according to the invoice they put in a 921 bulb. I had to call corporate for a refund. I took them the faulty bulb back. The issue is they did not even try and they also did not fully tighten or secure the tail light case back to the car. Will not be going back.

- PPPrettyEOct 23, 20251.0Omg I have NEVER waited for almost two hours to get my oil change. This location is just horrible a whole bunch of young boys just goofing around no sense of urgency at all. All I needed according to them was to top the oil off cause I didn’t have any oil. I never been to a Valvoline where the service was HORRIBLE! I will NEVER come to the Kirkman location EVER. Even the manager didn’t seem to care at all.
