I’m amazed I found a shop like this!

I waited in the bay for over 60 minutes for a simple full synthetic oil change. When I asked why it took so long the gentleman told me it’s because my vehicle needed specific tools he couldn’t find. Cars came and left and I was still waiting. None of the technicians seemed to know what was going on. I never give a bad review but I couldn’t keep it quiet. Don’t come here, it’s chaos.
