Minutes after the change, it started making a huge noise. I left my car at the mechanic's, and they told me they hadn't put enough oil in, which damaged my car! I'm still without a car, right in the middle of Christmas, unable to work or use my car because it's stuck at the repair shop. Valvoline hasn't taken responsibility for providing a rental car so that my family and I can have transportation! It's a great disregard for the customer, especially during the holiday season. I need help because I can't manage without a car; I have a trip planned with my family, and now I'm in this situation during the holidays.

Absolutely disgraceful treatment of my 17 year old son, who went in for a simple 15-minute oil change and as of right now has been kept there for over 3 hours! They told him he need fluid adding to the rear diff and he said he would contact me to ask if he should agree or not. I told him no (can get it done much cheaper elsewhere) but he then called me back to say that they told him they had already started the work, even though one of the techs told him they had not. He asked that they not go ahead if they had not started and asked for a refund. The tech told him they are not able to issue refunds - what business in 2025 cannot issue a refund? I then spoke to the manager who said they had started the work and removed some fluid but that they would put it back so he could leave. They then sent him to the back of a long line of cars and as of right now (90 minutes since I spoke to the manager and over 3 hours since he first arrived) he is still waiting to be dealt with. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
