I have a fleet vehicle and as soon as I arrived I told them I only want an oil change regardless of what the "recommended" services are. They said ok but still proceeded to try to change my filter which was not dirty as well as my window wipers which were just changed around 6 months ago. This was all done under the direction of the manager even though I expressed how much of a rush I was in. It seems as if they see a fleet vehicle come in and do whatever they can to run up the bill. They had to respect for my time.
