- VRVictor Rivera3 days ago1.0The worst place I ever being for an oil change, I went for an oil change next I know the Manager Christian come with rear differential plug tell that was dry, I told him did I ever told you to check that NO so way you did that, now you are telling me that is dry how that I know you are telling me the truth, he kept telling that was dry, now I can move my vehicle because you are telling me that I had no option to tell him to do it $109, and $ 200 for the oil change, I never paid that amount even at another valvoline place in Tennessee. Guillermo came he should be the manager. If you are looking for a quick oil change don’t go there, horrible service and took over 20 minutes inside the bay before they start doing anything in my truck, HORRIBLE

They damaged my daughter’s BMW oil filter cap during an oil change and promised to replace it. I had to chase them nonstop for updates, and when the part finally came in, it was the wrong one. The manager claimed he would order the correct cap, and over a month later—still nothing. It has now been almost FOUR MONTHS since the oil change and this issue is still unresolved. Completely unacceptable. These guys clearly have no idea what they’re doing. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.

Went there this past Saturday and was completely let down by the quality of service and lack of professionalism. My wife and I showed up around 3 in the afternoon for a basic oil change. When we arrived all 3 bays were full and the attendant lined us at bay 1 and informed us they were almost done with the car in front of us. Within the next few minutes a few other cars showed up and lined up behind bays 2 and 3. I am not sure what was being done to the car in front of us but it was a lot more than a basic oil change. We waited for over an hour while we watched 3 other cars who came after us come and go. When I tried to get the nearby attendants attention he walked right by me basically dismissing me. During my hour there I also noticed between 4 to 5 employees working. Most of the time they were just standing around, socializing and playing on their phones. Also not the full Valvoline ConfiDrive Performance Review was conducted. They did not check our fluids, lights, or tire pressure. When I noticed this, I had to ask to make sure they topped off the washer fluid and checked air in the tires. The tech had to reopen the hood and scramble to get things done and check things for himself. Like I said I have been going to this location for years with no issues but with so many options within a short drive I’ll think I’ll try somewhere else next time.
