    I’ve visited this place twice now, and both times I received exactly what I needed. What really made my experience special, though, was Miss Jackie. She was exceptionally kind, patient, and truly extraordinary. She made me feel comfortable and valued, and her dedication to helping me did not go unnoticed. Customer service like hers is rare, and I deeply appreciate everything she did for me. Miss Jackie truly went above and beyond to help me, and her professionalism and warm attitude made such a difference. I’m very grateful for her assistance and will definitely be coming back!

    Their automated system is HORRIBLE. You cant get through to anyone it gate keeps. An I have already had an issue where it said the part was there. Gone down there to find out the part isnt there. So I want to talk to someone to make sure. But nope nope their ai puts you in a call que and NO MATTER what time you call it says they are always busy. I called 5 times directly on the opening hour 1 day it still would not let me talk to someone and kept saying all our agents are busy...

    I’ve been coming to Pull-A-Part since before the name changed to You Pull & Pay. I first came here as a child with my father. Today, I came as an Army veteran. At the Orlando location, the front desk employee was respectful and allowed me free entry after I showed my military ID—thank you for that. However, at checkout, when I asked about a veteran discount, the cashier laughed, said there was none, and told me to “write corporate.” The attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. If there’s no discount, that can be explained respectfully—mockery isn’t acceptable. Because entry was honored, I’m giving 1 star instead of 0. Veterans should be aware that treatment and information here may be inconsistent. Thank you to the employee who checked me in and showed respect to a disabled American veteran.
