During Halloween, this place went all-out with decorations body bags, death figures, cemetery scenes, and dark imagery everywhere. They clearly had no problem investing time, effort, and money into glorifying darkness. Yet here we are on Christmas Eve, and there is not a single Christmas decoration. Not one light. Not one symbol of hope, joy, or even something neutral or family-friendly. Nothing. It’s not about “needing decorations” it’s about what a company chooses to prioritize and celebrate. They had no hesitation showcasing death and fear, but couldn’t show even a fraction of that effort for the most joyful and meaningful holiday of the year. Even a neutral winter theme would’ve shown balance and respect. Instead, this makes it very clear where their concern, creativity, and values seem to lean. I find it incredibly disappointing, tone-deaf, and honestly disrespectful. It spoke volumes to me, and I refuse to support a business that glorifies darkness but can’t acknowledge light, joy, faith, or even simple positivity during a season that represents love, peace, and goodwill. Membership canceled. Highly unsatisfied and very disappointed.

I came and was immediately dismissed by the manager who refused to measure, check if my truck fits (it’s 96Wx80T. completely stock), or even discuss the with me.
