I had to use the neighbor. 2nd, it doesn't have the thin vacuum handle to clean in between the seats- 3rd, Only the vacuum and cleaning rug is free - everything else you have to pay xtra. It cost $5 more to get detail cleaning kit. Last, if you want to clean your car here make sure to bring your OWN rag and spray to clean. Not worth it.....
