  Nov. 18 2025 I was two hours from home and had a flat inside rear tire on my dually truck. Met the guys at Tire Kingdom and they quickly found the problem which was a leaky valve extension. They dismounted both tires, fixed it and got me back on the road. They also refused to let me pay saying it was their pleasure. This wasn’t my first trip to a Tire Kingdom/Tuffy store and it won’t be my last. Thanks Joe and the rest of the team. Bill Byrd

  I highly recommend coming here. The service manager, Michael, and the tech, Andrew, were incredibly professional and very nice guys. I came in as a walk in with an issue with one of my tires. I’m not the best with vehicles but Michael and Andrew were able to explain things so that I was able to understand and they seemed like they were happy to explain it. Overall, 10 out 10 service from the moment I walked in till the moment I left. Thanks again guys!

  Mike was very helpful and thoughtful this customer service was great. If I could give 0 stars would. My check engine line turned on had car issues. They supposedly fixed it the day I picked it up. My car did the exact same thing where check engine line turned off and it stopped in the middle of the street. They did help me out and tow it back to the shop but then week my check engine line turns on and my car didn’t even start. Payed over $3,000 for a 2006 Toyota Corolla and for it to be the same issue

  Had really great experience at Tire Kingdom honestly . The service was super quick and efficient, and everyone there was really friendly and helpful. Bryant is honestly the best mechanic there, he goes above and beyond to make sure my was car running right and even helps out with advice or resources outside the shop when you need it. Mike and John are great too, both super skilled and down-to-earth.

  I can’t recommend this store enough! It’s never easy to hear bad news—especially when there’s nothing that can be done—but the team here handled my situation with such professionalism and kindness. When my engine blew, they went above and beyond to help me through it. They’ve always provided great service and quality work, but what truly stands out is the way they treat their customers—with genuine care and respect. I’ll always trust and recommend them! Thank you guys for your understanding and care in such a difficult situation, it truly means the world!
