  ⭐️ If I could give zero stars, I would. Yesterday my tire went flat and I went to Tire Kingdom at 12051 S. Orange Blossom Trail expecting professional service from supposed specialists. The person who helped me gave me terrible service from the start. He barely checked my tire, quickly said the issue was the valve, and since I trusted their expertise, I paid for the repair he recommended. This morning, when I went to use my car, the tire was completely flat again. I had to fill it with my portable machine just to be able to drive back. When I returned and explained what happened, the manager called me over and showed me a hole in the tire, something they noticed in less than two minutes. Clearly a different employee. I explained that the employee from the day before didn’t even bother to look for the real issue and made me pay for a valve that wasn’t even bad. The manager told me that I should not “speak badly” about his employee. To me, it’s not speaking badly—it’s stating a fact: he did not do his job. I came here trusting they knew what they were doing, and he couldn’t even spot a simple hole. When I insisted, the manager yelled at me to leave. Extremely disrespectful. Terrible customer service. They don’t do their job properly AND they disrespect customers on top of it. I absolutely do NOT recommend this location. If I could give negative stars, I would. PD: By the way, I went to another place, they served me kindly in less than 15 minutes and I only paid $10

  I was dealing with Cora today she is very well mannered, and knows how to deal with situations. She turned a bad review into a great review I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Great customer service and great work!

  Good service but way overpriced. Went in for an alignment, they were running an hour and a half late because someone called out which sucked but wasnt their fault. I was not given a price estimate while booking or before service started. I sat around for two hours waiting for my service. After it was finished I was told it would be $200 for the service, despite typical prices being $100-$150. Other locations quote $119 and give you a $35 off coupon, this location charges $180 for just an alignment, gave no coupon, and also wouldn't honor said coupon. I contacted them the next day to see if I could use the coupon and got lots of attitude from the lady who charged me, she said she would call corporate to see if the coupon could be honored but never called back to let me know and when Itried calling back they ignored my calls. Save yourself the money and headache and drive to the location on Orange Avenue, they won't overcharge you and be unprofessional.
