  Came in here because I had a flat tire. My tire pressure was at 8 and I was in a rush. They immediately got me in. They told me I had a nail in my tire. They immediately were able to replace my tire at a super cheap price and it it quickly. They were super nice and honest. Not a place where they will try to take advantage of you! Will 100% be coming here again if I need to.

  The staff is outstanding. Every time I come to this location on 3722 S Semoran Blvd, Orlando, FL 32822, the employees are always available to help. Customer service is outstanding

  This location is amazing. This is my second car bringing here and they are always hands on-no hassle type of environment. You pay for what you want done not what they just do. Mike and the whole staff are always helpful with knowledge about all services and able to get you exactly what you need. I highly recommend this location just for the staff they have here.

  On 11/625 I bought 4 new tires from this establishment, and with the alignment it cost me almost $750 dollars. Today, on 12/24/25 one of those brand new tires popped. Looked at my receipt and it said that I had a warranty on them. I’m like, okay, no money is coming out of my pocket. That couldn’t be further from the truth. I was given an excuse the tread has to be checked to determine on if I receive a replacement, and then I’d have to pay for the balance which cost me over $105 dollars. The impression I was given was that the warranty was valid for 30 days, but no where does that reflect the validity of that warranty. One of the assumptions was I probably ran over something, when in reality the tires were over inflated. I usually get my tires from Goodyear and they always have given me a 3 year warranty. It didn’t matter how much wear and tear on the tires, if something was wrong they either fixed or replaced free of charge. The staff was professional, but the business practices of this establishment has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will never spend money with them anymore. I guess this is what you get when you choose a product that doesn’t last even two months.

  I want to make a comment about you I John Jerry and Mike amazing outstanding customer service I had a good experience I found out what the problem was they was very helpful interacting concern that's very odd very hot to find, I think you guys for even in the location that it was near of driving the car but when I came in I made an appointment and came back it was very I said I was leaving, and he even pushed it up that they was able to take a look at the car so I think that was very appreciative and very honored with me so the reason of my survey and comment is because outstanding service I grade them highly satisfied and I give them a 10 excellent service great job
