This week, we received an email that it was time for our free tire rotation. My husband called to set an appointment and was told no appointment was needed and to just come on in. Today, he drives to the location, which is no longer the most convenient for us, and after waiting 20 minutes that they no longer do free tire rotations and that he would have to get an oil change, not needed, to get the free tire rotation. Had they simply said they no longer do them when he called, or perhaps never sent an email that it was time for our FREE tire rotation, this review would not have been posted. BUT, as we feel this was quite deceptive, I feel this experience must be shared.

I called up, the phone was answered promptly, they verified they had the correct tire in stock, and they were able to get me in. When I arrived, Jamal was a great help checking me in and getting a good price on the new tire. I later approached the desk as I thought the tire might still be under warranty. Dorian was the one to help me then and he was able to double check and see that it was! They had that tire in stock and they were already working on it while he was giving me the updated price. They got me in & out in like 30 min. I'd definitely come back.
