  They broke one of my tire pressure sensors, told me they broke it while changing the tire out. Tried to order the part and charge me for it. Wouldn’t replace the sensor or fix it unless I pair for the labor and the sensor. Awful service and poorly managed. Will never go back. When reviewing the bill I inquired about services I didn’t ask do. They ended up taking 700$ off. Scamming people, breaking things and holding no accountability.

  I started with this store because I had an issue with my car and they blew me off. They did not want to take the time to hear me out or even tell me what was wrong with it. Thankfully I went to the other location down the road from them and they had me fixed and taken care of the right way, all in under 30 minutes. I will caution anyone from coming to this location.

  Steven and the crew at Tire Kingdom on South Orange Ave are great. I’ve been going to this location for more than 15 years. His crew today took care of seven RV tires and wheels for me at a tremendous price and incredibly fast turnaround time. They got me the road faster than I expected. A+ job!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at Tire Kingdom! Jamal who helped me with my oil change and getting a new tire was incredibly professional, patient, and kind. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find honest and helpful service these days, and he really went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. I truly appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  I have been taking my car to THIS tire kingdom for 4 years now—two of my cars now, to be exact. I am a female, and the men who work here have always been EXCEEDINGLY kind. I never feel as though they are taking advantage of my lack of knowledge, and they always do an incredible job with what I need fixed. They are always 100% professional in their interactions with me, too. And have the best prices….and I know because I try to shop around for that. In general, I don’t know anything about cars, so I always ask them if they can call my dad to explain what’s going on (he lives in another state); they are always kind enough to do it, and to correspond with both him and I every time I come in. In the 4 years I’ve been coming, management has always been WONDERFUL, except for one manager (Brian), who they quickly got rid of. Now, 2 of the workers who have been there helping me for YEARS are the new managers, and they are perfect for the job!!!! They are helpful, attentive, and kind. They ALWAYS get the job done and done right. I would give this shop 10 stars if I could! They always go absolutely above and beyond. I will always bring my car here. Thank you boys!!!!!
