  Customer service was definitely up to standards. I appreciated the understanding I had from Alvin and the patience from the team to help with vehicle. I recommend tires Choice to anyone with car maintenance or problems needed to be fixed.

  Alvin Howard, the store manager, is excellent at his job. I went for an oil change and he gave me a list of recommendations that I needed to fix in my car if I wanted. No pressure or upselling. Sebastian, the technician was also very good running a thorough diagnostics. Recommend

  Had to replace a tire due to a nail and stopped by early this morning as a walk-in. Alvin was excellent, very welcoming and quick to assess the issue. He got the work started right away and had the tire replaced in no time. The service was fast, professional, and hassle-free. Highly recommend this place!

  I went to service the air conditioning system at the store on 255 E Town Center Blvd. After the diagnostic the manager Alvin Howard told that only needed gas refill and that the price was $110. After more than 3 hours waiting they told me that there was an issue with the machine to refill the gas. After 4 hours they discovered that there was no gas in the machine. My car was low on refrigerant but they removed 100% of it. Now I have an issue with 0 refrigerant. The is a very rude person that doesn't know his work

  I had my Tesla Model 3 Performance Wheel alignment completed here. The tire shop down the street Ma**s Tires said they couldn’t perform the alignment there and that I had to go to Tesla. I stopped here and quickly the guys helped me. Great customer service and experience from the manager Mr Alvin Howard and the mechanic. Thank you Only baby negative, the mechanic left the inside door trim dirty with a handprint, and a few places outside. Regardless, I recommend it here.
