  Don’t waste your time or money with this place. Mavis has over staffed (paying employees to stand around and smoke cigarettes is silly) this place causing them to charge twice what a real dealership charges. Wake up Lake Nona, we have better options in the area.

  About to take an hours long drive and had a very low tire. Pulled in, they waived me around to the back right away, filled all tires, charged nothing, and wouldn't even take a tip. Very gracious and kind. Thank you.

  The service is very good but the employees at the front desk do not care about the customer seating in the waiting room, they constantly are cursing and complaining about personal issues not minding the customer seating there. Its a shame that they are from my country I felt very sorry about it

As a veteran he displayed the upmost respect, integrity, and leadership qualities to the establishment. He went above and beyond to ensure comfortably and efficient details to what service that was needed. Thank you, will get service here again in the future

  Great convenient place to have your oil changed they even offering Engine air filters, cabin air filters and battery replacement the crew that works there are very professional at doing their jobs and very knowledgeable on what your car needs are so stop in for the best experience
