    Do yourself a favor and avoid this Sixt location and Sixt in general. We rented a car for the weekend and had zero issues with the vehicle itself. The problem started after returning it, when Sixt tried to pin “new damage” on us. Fortunately, we had taken photos and videos at pickup that clearly showed the damage was already there. If we hadn’t, they absolutely would have charged us. After digging into it, I realized this is a common pattern with Sixt. There are countless reports of the same thing happening to other customers. Even a FB SUPPORT GROUP! This experience was frustrating. Please don’t rent from this location or any other Sixt rental locations. They will absolutely try to stick you with extra charges if you’re not prepared.

    Maria at Sixt has been amazing throughout, had a number of cars from them in the past and she always goes above and beyond for us!! If there is ever a problem from me booking last minute she always gets things resolved!!

    If I could i would give the 0 star.we got a car which I believe it was overpriced.we went to seaworld with my husband and my kid.the engine died and couldn’t start the car called customer service they told me it will take 60 to 90 minutes for the guy to arrive and help us .he texted me he’s going to be there in 20 min.nobody showed up after 1 hour.called them again under the storm after so many questions they said will send another guy .he called me said will be there 30 min after another one hour he came said I can’t enter the parking lot and ran away i saw cars coming in but he didn’t pay attention. Told them i will get uber to drop the keys having a flight the day after they said you can’t leave the car so am I supposed to sleep in the parking lot with my family!!!!!!every time i called they didn’t have claim number so i talked to several agents answering same questions.finally after 5 hours i got a taxi to go to the airport to the rental section.you can’t imagine what i went through.they didn’t help me at all.worst customer service

    Picked up at Orlando International. Customer service given by Chelicia was great after a minor issue that was our own fault and not Sixt. Vehicle was easy to collect, across the road via a tunnel and up to P1. Keys are in the car allocated but a huge security barrier prevents you driving off before scanning your reservation with an attendant. Vehicle was dropped off at International drive. There wasnt enough parking stops dedicated to SIXT due to work on the site but we parked close by and dropped the keys in the out of hours box with a note. Cant fault the cars at all. Cant fault the customer services. They do try to up sell you a toll pass which can be good value if you need it but by using Google maps and clicking avoid tolls... you can save a little if you dont mine a very minor increase in travel times. Would happily book again. I must have put in the wrong email address because I didnt get any follow up emails, but it wasnt needed.
