I was given a 12 pm — 5 pm service window with the serviceman notifying me just before 1:30 that he would be arriving. I had a minute crack from a rock flying to my windshield on the highway and the serviceman repaired it in under 15 minutes! I was told that, since it is not a replacement, I may see the crack from the interior, but the crack was filled so nicely that all I can see from the inside are two dots. Serviceman was super friendly, informative, and efficient in his work — I’d schedule again with them if needed!
