My wife and I recently bought a gently used Leaf after flying back to town from being on medical leave. To make a long story short, we were not provided the standard level one charging cord nor the SD card to allow us to use the navigation/radio - we didn’t find this out until returning home over an hour away. Upon calling the next day, the sales manager voiced that he would personally take care of the problem -“I’ll take care of you buddy”. Well, let’s just say that didn’t happen and it took 3 weeks to receive the charging cord (and about 10 phone calls with no follow-up). It’s now been almost a month, and we haven’t received the SD card. When we call, they are “too busy” because “they have a sale going on” - I’ve heard this excuse countless times now. JUST AWEFUL. If you want a Nissan, go to another dealer. Otherwise, the Leaf is is GREAT.

We wanted to pay cash but we were told we would have to finance it if we wanted any of the incentives. Okay, fine. We will finance it. However, the price was $18,300. We inquired about the Internet price and we were told by John the sales manager that only 1 in 500 people qualify for that. He said they put your name in a system and if it comes up in your favor you get the advertised price. Really? That's how you choose to do business? So deceptive and shady. Run, don't walk... to another dealership.
