I placed two Cokes on the counter to be rung up, and instead of assisting me professionally, she spoke to me in a condescending and rude tone, telling me that I had to come closer because I “couldn’t reach her.” At the time, Olivia was on the phone with someone else, yet still chose to address me disrespectfully. Her behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and inappropriate for someone working in customer service. I strongly recommend that the store supervisor review the security camera footage from this time. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this matter to corporate, as this type of conduct should not be tolerated. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and Olivia’s attitude reflected a lack of professionalism and poor customer service standards.

When I finished filling up I went to the door to get a few things to find the door locked. I look up and the worker shook his head no. There is no sign indicating a temporary closure especially when I just saw people coming out! It’s now been 20 minutes and the door is still locked and there have been nonstop people trying to get in and a small group of us waiting it out as we see the worker inside walking around. If it’s a 24hr availability like it’s posted as why can’t we get in? UPDATE Over 30 minutes later he finally unlocked the door! Pictured second is the worker.
