I believe the lady's name was Nimi, Nini, Mimi, not entirely sure, but she just walked around while a line was formed until she finally walked behind the counter. She walked past the register I was at and stood behind the other one, didn't greet me, no smile, didn't tell me how much it was, and when I got my change back she handed it to me all at once and dropped all my change on the counter. Not entirely sure why she treats guests this way but as someone in the service industry that's one of the first things taught to employees.
