From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly smiles and a genuine willingness to help. They are both incredibly professional, patient, and attentive, and they go above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great experience. Taishally does an amazing job running the store—you can tell there’s strong leadership here. The store is always clean, organized, and well-stocked, and the team clearly works well together because of the positive environment she creates. Leah is just as impressive—always kind, helpful, and efficient, no matter how busy it gets. They both take the time to acknowledge customers, answer questions, and make you feel valued, not rushed. Customer service like this is rare, especially at a gas station, and it truly sets this location apart. Because of Taishally and Leah, this RaceTrac feels welcoming, reliable, and well cared for.
