    This place is an utter joke!!!! SO NOT RENT HERE!!!! People are slow, Showed waited 15 minutes NO ONE WAS AT THE COUNTER! save yourself so much time and money and go with enterprise! The place is a chaotic mess, dirty building, dirty cars. Place feels like a scam and shady from the start. From driving up to dropping off the return. IF you get here and have the opportunity to go else where! LEAVE! Cheaper to uber to the nearest enterprise. I promise.

    The worst. The lady at the desk was incredibly slow. I reserved the truck a day before, it took 2 hours to rent me a truck the day i came to pick it up. I was the only one in the office, they took 1.5 hours to process my rental. I had called the day before to give them my information. The male manager/owner was rude, and none of them understood simple customer service. I would never use this place again. A U-haul is opening a few blocks away, i would recommend going there.
