  Tim at Orlando preowned was wonderful. My husband and I drove one hour to look at Another vehicle but we didn’t like it. We looked around the lot didn’t see anything we were interested in. Tim said that he would find something for us and he would get back in touch. We left And two days later, Tim is letting me know that he has found a two vehicles for me. I told him that I was not taking the hour drive unless I had some pictures and more information regarding these two vehicles he was very persistent, but not in an annoying way. He sent me everything I needed the effort he put in was Amazing!!! The next day, my husband and I drove the hour. We ended up leaving with the Mercedes E450. Beautiful condition everything that Tim said it was. We are very happy with our purchase and we are very happy with Orlando. Preowned. Please go see Tim!!!!

  I had a great experience working with Tim at the dealership. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision.

  Tim was such an amazing help when I went in to look at my Hyundai Elantra! From the moment I stepped in the door he was attentive to my needs and made sure the car was a perfect match for me. I even told him I usually sleep on my decisions when making large purchases but he made me feel so confident in my decision and the deal made that I even bought it that day. I would totally recommend my friends and family to stop by this place if they’re ever looking at buying a car. Thank you to the rest of the team for contributing to my comfort!

  Orlando preowned was really great! Tim our sales guy made the time spent there painless!!! He was very knowledgeable and super cool to work with. I asked to drive more than a few SUV’s and he was not only accommodating, but patient as hell! The whole office has a casual laid back warm friendly atmosphere. If you want a different experience in buying a used car along with a chill atmosphere you need to check them out. If you can please please ask for Tim. You will be glad you did! I have never left a review about a car dealer in my life, but these guys are exceptional!

  My Aunt came here and wanted to buy a car. She did not understand the process that well but after talking to a sales rep, his name is Jay Vega. She started to actually understand the process. He was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. Based on her preferences he directed her to just the right vehicle she wanted. He also is kind of funny. If you want to buy a car from here, make sure to buy it from Jay Vega. If you feel like you need help shopping for a car go to Jay Vega with any questions and he will help you. Overall buy your car from Jay Vega. I am only giving 5 stars for him. 5 stars for Jay!
