You get a video of the work that needs to be completed from the mechanic, and they send you an estimate via text message While you wait in their lobby. If you want them to start the work immediately, there is a link in that message. This is the part where Tiffany Comes out to have me sign the document to start the repair. She answers any questions you might have, then let you know how long it will take for repairs. Tiffany is amazing!
