  My First Mini Service at Mini Orlando was Wonderful! Tiffany was So kind in answering All my questions and concerns. The service was Excellent and It was nice to see the Videos send to me while I was waiting for my Mini service. The drive to Orlando wasn’t fun Once I arrived for my service. It was All worth it! And Thanks for cleaning my car as well during my service. Thank You Orlando Mini! Sophan Style

  How many people look forward to getting their oil changed. Well , I do. Tiffany , my Service Advisor for years , goes over and above . Regardless of anything that has to be done, she explains it , and while the work is being done, she stops by to check with you. The bottom line is that she is always there for you and nothing is an inconvenience!

  Customer service tech was great and very nice. I don’t have any problems with the staff. It’s more the cost of service repairs that has been outrageous to the point that it felt like price gauging. I was told I needed a housing system replaced and with labor and parts it came out to be about $2500. I researched all the parts needed, bought them from a website that sold OEM parts for about $200 and my partner installed it within 4 hours. I was estimated the labor was going to be 5-6 hours. My partner is not a mechanic but has general knowledge about cars and motorcycles. So it’s just disappointing to see the drastic difference in pricing.

  Orlando MINI has been our "go-to" dealer for eight years now. In that time, we have purchased four Countryman's and had every service appointment with the MINI service team. Every time, EVERYTIME, the staff has been ultimate professionals and very sincere in their personal drive to meet our expectations. As a customer, I feel welcome and part of the family when I visit the dealership. In today's business world, this type of consistent atmosphere is a very rare gem indeed!
