- BBBumblebeeAug 16, 20251.0This is hands-down the worst shop in Orlando. I went in for a wheel alignment and they completely failed to provide even the most basic standard of service. They refused to give me a wheel alignment sheet, which is required proof of the work performed. That is not only highly unprofessional, but also unethical and potentially illegal, as customers have the right to documentation for paid services. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive, showing no respect for customers or their obligations as a business. This is a clear case of negligence, misrepresentation, and breach of duty of care.
