  Be very careful handing your car to this shop. I came to Orlando Auto Repair for serious electrical issues: the car was revving uncontrollably on its own, doors locking and unlocking by themselves, the check engine light constantly appearing and disappearing, and sudden hesitation and stopping while driving. They told me they could fix the problem and said it was a Body Control Module (BCM) issue that needed re-coding, quoting $530 and describing it as a “simple fix.” I agreed to the repair in good faith. They kept the car for two days and said all issues were resolved. However, less than two hours after picking up the car, every single problem returned. Not a single issue I originally brought the car in for was fixed. In fact, the situation worsened: new warning messages appeared, including traction control alerts, the car began making unusual noises when shifting gears, and it would not accelerate beyond about 40 mph. I immediately returned the vehicle expecting them to correct the problem. Instead, I was told it was suddenly a Transmission Control Module (TCM) issue and that I would need to pay an additional $1,680. At this point, I had already paid $530 for a repair that clearly did not fix anything. No refund was offered, despite the fact that the original diagnosis and repair were ineffective. This experience left me without a working car and out hundreds of dollars. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop and strongly advise others to be cautious.

  Very professional. Mechanics explained everything and their recommendations. Very courteous front office staff as well. Nice clean waiting area with strong wifi. Would definitely return again.

  Very knowledgeable and informal mechanics. When I brought my car in, it was running sluggish. After the hospitality and service here my car is running great again. I'm very pleased with the reliable service here! Everyone was very professional and nice. I highly recommend this place to anybody needing repairs.

  This place is truly incredible! I normally do my own work on my car especially when it comes to cosmetic mods. However, when I attempted to put on my lip spoiler I simply could not remove certain bolts no matter how hard I tried. I knew it was a simple job but I had no choice but to ask for help. I called this place and the front desk lady was amazing, she was kind and knew my concerns. When I arrived at the spot she was also honest about the price and hid nothing from the expenses. The mechanic was also incredible, I stepped out to the parking lot to give it one more try and he went out with me, offering me assistance and helping me solve the problem on the spot. Not only that, he did not charge me anything, instead he offered me useful advice and tips so that I could complete the little project myself. Truly a remarkable place filled with genuine people with expertise in their craft and transparent with their business. Definitely recommend this place!

  EXTREMELY HAPPY!!! They were able to get my car in and out within 2 days. Excellent turnaround time. Moises in the front office is fantastic very professional. The technician took the time to answer any questions that I had. Very trustworthy with their quotes. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here in the future. If you’re having trouble finding a shop that you can trust to bring your vehicles to this would be it. Extremely happy customer. Al.
