Waited over an hour to get my reservation. Multiple others upset as well. This wasted a day of my vacation and ruined my son’s trip. No sense of urgency. No sense of customer service. “We got to get your car cleaned” is the excuse they use. I’m sorry it shouldn’t take you over an hour to clean a car
