  Always the best service and the best cars. Staff is so friendly and helpful. I am always out in less then 10 mins and always in a brand new clean car.

  Terrible experience. Despite having a reservation they had no cars when I went to pick up our rental in the morning. Ended up having to wait three hours, which derailed our plans for the day.

  They charged us $116 more to drop off at Tampa international because of circumstances beyond our control to return to Orlando airport. Plus they did not have the option deliver to a different airport when we booked online. The price we paid was $202 paid. Almost $13 in tolls plus put in $30 worth of gas we could have taking an Lyft for $160, needless to say after calling national they have not returned my phone call as of yet which is 3 weeks ago. I will never rent a vehicle through them as long as I live, and every chance I get I will tell my story to everybody that I know.
