- NGNilsa GonzalezDec 31, 20251.0This is the worst tire shop that i have gone to my whole life the attention here was horrible since i got here they were super mean they took super long to help us and they refused to sell us a tire claiming that they were full (they werent) then we told them if they could just sell us the tire that we will change it ourselves then they finally gave us a new tire after we changed it we put the new tire so we asked them for the thing that tighten the tire and the regused to leg us use it they didn’t even had to do it just to let us used we asked them if they could do it they didnt want to either the people that work there they are all ridiculous and mean my first time ever coming here and last they had bad costumer service overall.

The staff initially refused to sell me the tire, arguing that they were too busy, even though I clearly explained that I would change it myself and that I only needed to purchase the tire. Despite this, I agreed to wait. After approximately 45 minutes of waiting, the person who handed me the tire displayed an unprofessional and discourteous attitude. When I respectfully asked if they could please tighten the lug nuts, their response and behavior were inappropriate, which made me feel uncomfortable and poorly treated. I believe that regardless of workload, customers should always be treated with respect and professionalism. I hope this situation is taken into consideration to improve service and prevent other customers from having a similar experience.
- AMAnastasia MendezDec 31, 20251.0Today I went to change a tire and since we called the person that answered was super mean and then when we told them to sell us a tire they took like 1 hour then they didn’t even change the tire for us we had to change it ourselves then we asked them to lend us the thing to tighten the tire and he didn’t even want to do it and that dosent even take 5 minutes they had horrible costumer service never coming here again
- JPJohn PattenDec 30, 20251.0They did the job quickly but it was awful, First of all, When they were installing the new tires on my wheels they put paint chips in all four of my wheels. Along with that, The tech filled my brand new expensive Michelin tires up to 50 Psi. 50!! I'm so glad i checked my pressures, who knows how many tires left this place overfilled. Had a terrible experience.
