  I had a stud in my tire on my 2024 Lexus 350h and I took it to Mavis in Windermere Florida. It looked fixable but the puncture size was a little concerning. After the first attempt to fix it there was a little air leaking and it looked like I was going to need to replace it. Mike explained that if I needed a tire he would match the price listed at discount tire. Thankfully Rudy said let me give that one more try at the patch. He redid my tire and got it fixed!!!!! Thank you so much Mike & Rudy for your honest caring service.

  I called this location the day prior to going told them my brakes has just started to make a grinding sound person on the phone said no problem should be $256 to do just rear brake pads, no problem. The day of comes and they say now i need to wait to have their tech diagnose what’s wrong instead of just being able to drop the car off to have pads done, so I wait even though I called and tried to avoid having my own time wasted. Me and my wife both sit there for around 30 mins before they pull the car in, they put the car on the lift don’t take off any of the tires and call us back in. Guy asks who is driving the car as if that’s at all relevant to the repair and shows me the rotor with the grind marks on it, i tell him I know that’s why I called it in that way. He then says the company will not allow them to just do the pads now and will have to do both rear rotors and pads and the cost is going to be 600 just for the rear i almost laughed in his face. I regularly maintain my vehicles and sure stop platinum ceramic brakes cost 280 for a consumer to buy of the shelf for all 4 sets of pads and 4 rotors and they say themselves it would only take an hour to do the job so they think I’m going to pay 320$ for an hour of labor lmfao. I tell the guy to put my car down im ready to leave and then he starts the scare tactic, he says omg your brakes are so bad are you sure?? Your never going to make it all the way home with them like this. Avoid this place and the scam Artist running it, i like the Mavis by my home but this place is just robbing people who don’t know any better

  Talk about saving the day..... 3 days before Christmas and I had a flat tire. Just like everyone else, I had 10,000 things that needed to be done and I there was no way i could be without a vehicle for any extended length of time. We had used Mavis before and the service was great so without a moment of hesitation I reached out to see if they could help. Such an amazing team.....they got me in and out in a flash and helped save Christmas. I cant thank you enough, and will certainly recommend you to everyone.

  Staff was nice. But not sure if I’ll come back. Brought the car in yesterday to fix a tire. Tire was still leaking within an hour of me driving it again. Called yesterday and explained the situation and made a follow up appointment for this morning. Brought it back and they said it was a new leak; it seems more like maybe there were two leaks and one of them wasn’t found yesterday. So today I was charged as if this leak occurred in the time from them patching it until now. Seems a bit of a business tactic to me; made it seem very farfetched, so I’ll just be sticking with the local mechanic shops instead of these big name companies. I feel privately owned businesses are more honest when it comes to their services. In addition your team busted one of my pressure sensors.
