  In a world where car repairs are insanely expensive and you feel like you’re getting ripped off at every shop you go to, come to this Mavis! Reasonably priced, they’ve been nothing but fair and honest with us, they do good work, and they communicate very well with each customer. I feel valued here!

  Great customer service. I have 4 drivers in my family so 4 cars that always need something. It’s nice to have a reliable shop and more important, reliable people you can trust to take care of your cars. Tooly, Rai and Rami are always professional and very helpful. Highly recommend this shop because of the people there.

  Recent vacation to Lake Buena Vista, FL 10/24/25 5 PM - Rented a SUV from Avis and shortly after exiting the Avis garage, the TPS warning came on showing the driver’s front tire needed attention. My fault for not turning around to the car rental return for a different vehicle. This being the second time with two separate reservations from Avis and almost being late for a dinner reservation, I decided to keep driving, knowing that at my destination near a Mavis Tire store would help resolve the issue. Upon arrival at Mavis, I proceeded to check/fill up all the tires at Mavis and problem solved, so I thought. 10/28/25 2:30 PM - The TPS warning came on again, showing the front driver’s tire needed attention. I went to Mavis again and contacted Avis Roadside Assistance (RSA) while driving there. Avis offered to come tow the vehicle (three hours total time estimated) or I could have Mavis repair the tire, the maximum reimbursement from Avis to repair the tire if reparable is $50.00. Replacing the tire has a maximum reimbursement of $200.00. Mavis agreed to examine/repair the tire for $44.00. Nick (tire tech) examined the tire using a flashlight off the lift and could not locate any problems. Upon putting the car on the lift, he discovered a deck screw had found its way into the inside sidewall making the tire irreparable. A new tire of the same size, different manufacturer of the other three, was $301.00 uninstalled and balanced. I then called Avis RSA and advised them of the situation, they suggested I should find a used or lower cost tire company (Not a name brand company) to reduce the cost because of the $200.00 max reimbursement. I am not from the Orlando area and had no clue where to locate a low-cost tire center or felt comfortable putting a used/low-cost tire on a vehicle. I then told Mavis that the car being a rental, I would have the rental company come pick it up, since Mavis advised me not to take it on the highway, knowing the condition of the tire. They then asked which car rental company and I advised them Avis. Turns out this Mavis location has a corporate account with Avis for repairs on their vehicles. They offered to submit a repair request form via email to Avis which they indicated could take a couple of hours for approval (time now is 3:30 PM) if approved after 4PM, I would bring the car back in AM. The approval from Avis came in at 3:55 PM and they could get me out before 4:30 and I agreed. Mavis kept their promise, and I was out before 4:30 and best of all, at no cost to me!! I thanked Nick, and the managers on duty Rami and Tooly profusely and did not care if against the rules or not, gave them cash to buy donuts/bagels for the staff the next day. THANK YOU MAVIS!!!!!

  Recently I went here to get an oil leak assessment for my vehicle , once it was finished they showed me the parts where it was leaking from, everything went well until I seen the estimate with parts and labor included in cost to get the job done ,and they inflated the prices for specific parts for my vehicle ,when I reasearxh the parts through the exact same stores that was placed on the paperwork , the prices were 3x cheaper all including with the parts number itself on the paperwork with the exact same store , I do not recommend these guys, don’t fall for their prices and Parts cost , do your own research before you get a job done.
