  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire Supply. The customer service was excellent, especially from Tooly. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain everything about my tire issue. I really appreciated his honesty and efficiency. The service was quick, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. I highly recommend this location and truly thank Tooly for the outstanding support!

  Went there the other morning, was the second person there, figuring id get my oil changed that rlly needed to get done before work, usually takes 20 to 30 minutes from past experiences. They apparently started a new system that they wer just learning THAT morning, so when I got there for my 8am apt it took about 20 to 25 to even figure out how to check me in, I told them I had work at 10 so I needed to leave around 9. At no point was I told they'd think it take longer, or if I wanted to reschedule, or let me know its going to be WAY past 9 if I needed to call my job or find another ride, which I would have been happy to do instead of sitting there for 2 HOURS stressing out. Im assuming they just rlly wanted the money, since I was forced to get the full synthetic more expensive oil and not asking if I wanted the cheaper one costing me 92 that i dont have even with a coupon. Rlly didnt need them to check anything on my car, which took longer, so they could try to sell me tires that I know I dont need because I just got them not long ago. I tried calling the corporate office and was only offered a 40 off coupon on my next visit, unless I called and talked to the owner there and he MIGHT give me my money back, and if he didnt then to call back the corporate office...which idk why that is also becoming my job and adding more stress and anxiety. Was almost over it until I looked up yesterday and saw they didnt even take off the old oil sticker.....2 hours there and you couldn't take that off, just slapped yours right next to it? Maybe because im a girl, they just took advantage I assume. There was another place, older gentleman i heard very good things about thr9ugh rik tok,hes just 20 minutes from me and mavis was closer. The people seemed very nice but the whole experience was the worst ive ever felt at a car shop. Never going to mavis again, if you go here bring your dad with you

  Tee & Nick provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. From the moment I pulled in, I immediately felt like I was in the right place to get my tire taken care of.   I had such a pleasant experience at this location! Tooly was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient with me. As a woman, going to an auto shop can sometimes feel intimidating due to the fear of being overcharged or treated unfairly, but I did not experience that here at all. I felt respected, informed, and taken care of. I highly recommend! 😊 thank you Tooly!!!

  I went to the Mavis in O-Town West without an appointment when my warning light suddenly went on indicating very low tire pressure. I ran over a nail and needed a replacement. Tee was very helpful in fining best tires at the best price and the service was completed earlier than expected. Tee provided excellent and professional customer service and work on my car. I’ve been to a couple other tire centers in town and did not receive the same level of service. I highly recommend this Mavis.
