This place is MASSIVE.. huge wow factor when pulling in. The staff is friendly and helpful and though I do hold a negative bias against dealerships I cannot lie I had a good experience there. We were given the option for a courtesy car of an ES 350 or a Rx350. We went with the RX, which was clean and very spacious. Pretty good on gas too surprisingly. But the dealership got to our car pretty fast. Heads up if you want a diagnostic that's a solid $200+ just for them to look at it. When we did get our car back it was washed and looking nice and clean. So that was appreciated. We were in and out for courtesy car drop off and our car pick up.

I want to start by saying I arrived at Lexus with absolutely no intention of buying a car, I simply wanted to see how much space the third row of the TX had. Daniel was incredibly kind and patient, answering all of my questions without any pressure. I asked to see a TX that wasn’t on the showroom floor, and before I knew it, I had purchased it! 😊
Henry then stepped in to discuss the numbers and made one comment that truly reassured me I was in the right place. He said, “You need to think about whether this car will still make you happy in a few years,” and that level of honesty meant everything. From there, I was off to finance with Brian, and his entire process was simple, smooth, and painless.
I’m excited to start 2026 in my new car! Thank you, Lexus of Orlando, for the exceptional service and genuinely personable employees.

I went in looking to buy an NX with my husband who was quiet the entire time. I test drove a car, the salesman was knowledgeable, albeit very pushy. But after test driving he brought out his manager so we could talk numbers. The manager, an older man, didn’t even look at me. Went straight to my husband to shake his hand and said directly to him “I hear you want to buy a car”. My husband immediately pointed to me and said, “Not me, her”. The manager then said “Oh you are?” I immediately changed my mind and said I wasn’t interested in the car. I wish I would have said something right then and there. I ended up driving to Lexus of North Miami and bought my car there.
Either our salesman didn’t even tell his manager who the client was or the manger didn’t even care. I felt incredibly disrespected.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Buyer Beware
I purchased a 2022 Lexus from Lexus of Orlando for over $50,000, and this was by far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had.
When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it hadn’t even been cleaned. For a luxury vehicle at that price point, the lack of basic preparation was shocking and disrespectful.
The sales process was equally frustrating. When I tried to negotiate and asked for an out-the-door price, the sales team became visibly upset. They pushed multiple add-ons and extras, and seemed offended that I wanted straightforward pricing without their additional products.
After purchase, I discovered the vehicle had been in an accident - information that was not disclosed to me during the sales process. The sales staff claimed they had no knowledge of the vehicle’s history.
For a premium brand like Lexus, I expected professionalism and transparency. Instead, I got a dirty car, poor communication, and undisclosed vehicle history.
I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Do your due diligence, get independent inspections, and insist on complete vehicle history before purchasing.

Luxury should feel luxurious from start to finish, and it did just that at this dealership. We walked in - after visiting another competitor - and the experience was night and day. Sylvester greeted us in a very casual and friendly manner. Had a chat and off he went to get keys for a test drive - which we appreciated because he wasn't wasting our time. I walked the showroom and saw a car model that I wanted to take a look at instead. When Sylvester came back, to take a test drive in the first car. He then made a quick pivot after listening to what we were saying to test drive another car - again, not wasting our time. What I loved about our experience with Sylvester was that he listened, was patient, kind and was helpful, not pushy and didn't rush us or sigh when I changed my mind a few times. Giselle was the Sales Manager to help with the next steps. We appreciated her trying to work things somewhat quickly and not just leaving us for long lengths of time. We did leave without the car, but ended up back at the dealership two days later. We were very happy with the process of getting what we needed done. Sylvester was fantastic, Giselle got the legwork started quickly so that the finance part went smooth as well with Everett. My husband greatly appreciated Everett's thoroughness with the details and information. The experience from greetings in the showroom to a classy sendoff with the car was every bit of what buying a luxury car should be like. Thank you for making our car buying experience so wonderful.
