    I called today 03/01/26 and the lady who answered the phone asked which department I needed. When I explained preowned sales she said she could help me. I then asked about a 2021 Land Cruiser and she provided false information regarding the model. I then asked to speak with someone else regarding the vehicle and she hung up on me. When I attempted to call back she would not let me speak to anyone else in sales. I’m not sure if asking to speak with someone who would know more about the vehicle upset her but it was very unprofessional.

    If you are looking for a car, THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO GO. Best service I could ever ask for. They kindly greeted my dad and I, and guided us through the car selection, specifically this kind black gentleman named Craig. Once we found a possible car, Craig offered a test drive and told us everything about the car from exterior to the interior and all the packages and technologies that came with it. Once we decided that this was the car, we got to get down to the numbers and Craig led us to a little cubby area to sit down and wait for a sales manager to discuss the numbers. The car in mind is a Lexus RX 350 Premium and it had the exterior and interior colors we were looking for. Once my dad and I sat down, Craig offered us some complementary water and coffee while we waited. Once the sales manager came, I never could have asked for a better sales manager. The sales manager we got paired up with was a kind, gentle Bangladeshi man named Zee, and he greeted us with such care and consideration. He treated us with such care to the point we would be considered family, he treated me like a son/brother and my dad as his uncle. He listened to what we wanted and had to offer and he was actively listening and understanding. The offer we gave was a bit overboard to him and he was brutally honest that he could not do it, but he tried his best to secure our business. It went back and forth a bit, HOWEVER, since he treated us like family and slowly built a relationship with us, he basically put his own “life” you could say on the line so that we would secure the numbers we wanted, thankfully we were able to. I would never ask for any other sales manager other than Zee, treated us like we were his family and put everything on the line to secure a deal with us, that really shows DEVOTION and LOYALTY. He is a very honest man and if you ever visit this Lexus, ASK FOR ZEE AND CRAIG.

    I called to make appointment, I call and find out about it no one know about it, Plus its a lease vehicle they want to charge me for service, Which i never heard of , And its there fault the vehicle is been pulling right , Since they do tire rotation, Its not a good service, At all I don’t trust their mechanics any more this is the third time i am bringing this vehicle to them , Sounds like a scam mechanic Working there try to charge customers with extra service which they don’t need,

    I thought I had my appointment scheduled for Saturday the 21st because that’s what I instructed the young lady to do when I set up my appointment without my knowing she actually scheduled it for the 28th which was the following Saturday now it was my negligence for not actually looking at the text when she sent it to me confirming the appointment so I showed up on the 21st which was a Saturday at my scheduled time and was greeted by a lady named Jessica, who was extremely rude and acted like I was completely bothering her and an intruder. I explained to her that I had an appointment and again with her extremely rudeness and acting like I was completely bothering her. Continue to tell me that Was impossible because they were closed for inventory I explained to her that I set up the appointment and she said that you must be mistaken, but again it’s all about interaction. She continue to be rude explaining to me that they were doing inventory and that I had to be completely wrong. I showed her my confirmation text and is at that point I realized that it had been scheduled for the 28th so before I could apologize, she completely came back at me saying you see you’re wrong giving herself self gratification and a sarcastic smirk. She continue to explain to me to please turn around and leave the property. I am in a luxurious vehicle and I do not look like some hooligan and you can clearly see I was there to get my car serviced. I cannot believe that this is the way she talks to people and interact with individuals coming into service their vehicle. She really needs to be reprimanded or explained that they are a high-end brand and interacting with their customers in this matter is extremely unprofessional.

    I was very disappointed with my recent service experience at Lexus of Orlando. When I scheduled my first service appointment through the Lexus app, I requested a loaner vehicle because I needed to get my children to school and to an orthodontist appointment before heading to work. After arriving on time and waiting about 20 minutes, I was told that despite my request, loaner cars are not provided for short services. The manager declined to make an exception and offered no apology, courtesy, or alternative solution. As a first‑time Lexus owner, this was extremely disheartening—especially after such a warm welcome at Lexus of Winter Park when I purchased my new SUV. I left feeling frustrated and having wasted time, gas, and a great deal of energy. Coming from an Infiniti, I expected a higher level of customer care from a luxury dealership. This experience did not reflect the service Lexus promises. Experience Amazing, I have yet to.
