I’ve heard great things about Lexus vehicles and the longevity so the decision to go was very easy. Upon arriving I was greeted by Johnathan who made this entire experience seamless. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicles I was interested in and ensured to listen on what was important to me. Once we viewed vehicles and found the one, Gary sat with us to talk numbers. He made sure that what I have selected was realistic with my budget and that I was truly happy with the selection made. We came to agreement on terms and within a few hours, Brian had our paperwork ready for signature. The dealership itself is very big however comfortable to enter. The interaction with the team was so positive that I would definitely consider this location to anyone looking for a Lexus. Big thanks!!

Most importantly, they were very straightforward and fair during the sale. It was extremely seamless. I appreciate a dealer that is honest and treats their customers with kindness and respect. However, this purchase was easy, quick, and actually quite fun 😉 A huge thank you to our salesman David, our sales manager Mei, and Everett in finance! We contacted several dealerships to reserve the hard to find GX 550. Many added us to their long waiting list, or those who had available cars, would add so many “extras” on the vehicle it was ridiculous. David was the first who could give us an actual vehicle to reserve and Mei assured us straightforward pricing with no added extras. The ordering process was about 30 minutes. We had our GX about 6 weeks later. We spent about 30 minutes in finance. We left with the staff clapping and congratulating us as we drove out the showroom. Such a great experience ❤️
