    Lexus of Orlando far exceeded my expectations! I was in the market for a car and most nervous about the dealership experience, for obvious reasons. But Eliana, Neil, and Raven made this process extremely pleasant. They were all very accommodating and made the dealership a pleasant and relaxing place to be. Most importantly, they were very straightforward and fair during the sale. It was extremely seamless. I appreciate a dealer that is honest and treats their customers with kindness and respect. I definitely got that here!

    I am very dissatisfied with my experience at Lexus of Orlando. I brought my car in and ended up paying a lot of money for absolutely no reason. The issues I came in for were not fixed, and I felt completely taken advantage of. On top of that, the general managers were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Their attitude made the whole situation even worse. The customer service at this dealership is honestly horrible; they talk down to customers and make you feel like you’re a problem instead of someone who’s paying for their service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and frustration and go somewhere that actually knows how to treat people with respect.

    I’ve always disliked purchasing vehicles. I think everyone agrees, it’s typically awful. However, this purchase was easy, quick, and actually quite fun 😉 A huge thank you to our salesman David, our sales manager Mei, and Everett in finance! We contacted several dealerships to reserve the hard to find GX 550. Many added us to their long waiting list, or those who had available cars, would add so many “extras” on the vehicle it was ridiculous. David was the first who could give us an actual vehicle to reserve and Mei assured us straightforward pricing with no added extras. The ordering process was about 30 minutes. We had our GX about 6 weeks later. We spent about 30 minutes in finance. We left with the staff clapping and congratulating us as we drove out the showroom. Such a great experience ❤️

    Hey there, I just called your dealership and spoke to someone in the sales department. I wanted to speak to Mr. Hassan, they told me he was on vacation and coincidentally the young lady that I was speaking to had no idea when he was getting back. I want to buy a car, have someone please reach back out to me when Mr. Hassan magically returns back to work from his vacation. She seemed eager when I mentioned I wanted to buy a car, and when I stated that Mr. Hassan has held my family in the past, and I wanted to do business with him, no other help was attempted. Looking forward to seeing Mr. Hassan soon or hearing back from a general manager as well.

    First why are vehicles on show room floor without power? Could not open back or move seats, first things I check leg room and cargo space. While we had to wait for sales person to finds keys we seen other vehicle to look at and ended up purchasing a Lexus GX 550 which was bit cheaper I believe than regular vehicle all because no power to fully look at it. Well they lost money due something so simple to be ready for customers. Next they tried to get us at way over MSRP, and quickly drop off as we said no deal. Defect with mirrors that virbrate and they can continue at this location to say not known issue, but it is. We have had other rough riding vehicles and never had issues with mirror vibrating like this. They switch out and said issue resolved but was not still. Disappointed in this location on sales and service. Next time will go back to one of the luxury manufactures we have prior or try another, almost got the BMW x7 and guess should have, service is huge factor. One thing to point out we had more than one staff ask if we bought from them, this should not matter your a Lexus dealer and are to service and provide top quality service for a luxury brand.
