Yeah, I know just a lug nut. But imagine coming to a place where you have all of your stuff and coming home that you lost 1 item from your backpack. That’s not nice. The communication was kind of okay but no follow up whatsoever. It’s not a nice first experience to try Jiffy lube. I hope next time be transparent and just freaking solve the problem whether small or big. Integrity man.
