I got my oil change 3 months ago there and when I went to do my own oil change I saw that the oil pan drain screw was put back on too tight. Even with the best tool I had it would not come off. So I took it to them on 11/22/25 and the suppose supervisor said I would have to paid for another oil change for them to take look at the drain pan screw. I had my receipt and everything. He meantion that the person who would make that decision was not in the office and I had to come back next week. So I went to AutoZone and they got me the tool these shop use to remove it and I resolve a problem I didn't create. Bad service. Would not go back there.
- CRcarmen ramirezNov 21, 20251.0No recomiendo a este lugar por nada del mundo la señora me dio un precio de algo simple de mantenimiento en los discos y resulta que me dicen que el tiempo de espera son de 20 minutos y terminé esperando 3 horas allí y cuando me dicen que el carro está listo me estaban cobrando el doble de lo que me habían dicho porque le faltaba un resorte que ni siquiera me habían dicho que me lo iban a cobrar porque se supone que era simple y el mecánico me había dicho que hasta era rápido . El señor que está allí a todos los que llegaban quería cobrarles o que a juro gastaran más y algo que era de 20 minutos me estaban cobrando hasta las 3 horas que espere yo cuando ellos estaban atendiendo a otros carros y no al mío . Trate hasta negociar el precio cosa de no perder el tiempo que había perdido que nadie me lo va a reponer y el señor todo grosero no quiso y me tocó esperar nuevamente que el resorte que eso no vale nada se lo quitaran al carro nuevamente que falta de respeto y profesionalismo . Si vas a este lugar te pasará lo mismo te dan un precio y luego que el carro está listo te salen con 2 o 3 veces más el precio y vi que no era conmigo nada más . Noooo vengan !!
