You people are insane with your hourly labor rate prices and the cost of your parts never had i seed such prices in my entire life as a Automotive Service Technician" I sent my daughter with her car to you guys to have them check the brake system and wanted $1447.12 for the brake module $805 in labor cost at $230 and hour that is just Ludacris; for a part that I can buy online for $250 and a whole job that could be done in give and take tops 1 hour and change; i have to say i took her car to you guys because i trusted you guys but this was a bad Buisness experience very overrated but not anymore thanks for your business"

Outstanding service from the moment you walk in to the moment you are handed your new keys and beyond. Juan was my sales rep and I honestly could not have gotten more of a white glove experience. I normally hate sitting in dealerships and Juan made this experience painless. In addition Paolo in the finance dept. was fantastic as well, what normally feels like a headache and someone just trying to convince you to spend the most money, became a tailored experience to my expectations, budget, and needs. I never once felt like I was being pressured into buying anything and instead felt like I was heard and understood. 1000/10 would recommend this dealership, Juan, and Paolo.

Oil stains in car seat!!! Overfill ??? + way they charged me for a recall repair !!! More !!! Next service 06/2025 ? Today is November 15 2025 !! So far only bad experience since I bought the car to this dealer!!!Today was the last straw! Enough is enough. No more covering up the mistakes of so-called professionals. It's time to get serious and make sure the staff is qualified so they don't keep making these mistakes! If the person providing a repair service isn't careful not to damage the seats or spill fluids in the engine, I personally don't think they should be working on such expensive cars. The whole point of taking the car to the dealership is to avoid these kinds of problems. It's becoming stressful not knowing what else they might damage or if the service is even up to standard. It's time to let those who represent this company know that, as customers, we have the right to professional service with the quality and care it deserves.

They say they can help anyone. They drag out the pre-approval process, only to have you make an appointment. At the appointment, state we will try our hardest to get you a car. They tout they’re in house financing as a last option. They’ve got no intentions of helping you. Then they hit you with our restart program minimum is 1500.00 down. Don’t worry it will not be that amount it will be higher. The cars they show you are cars they’re trying to sale before they dump them at an auction. They shotgun you and your credit to the point no one can help and then they’ll come tell you, we need 4 to 5 K down to get you finished. Now the funny part is, the car we was looking at was 7999.99, so in other words pay the car in full with cash and we will sell you a car. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH, in fact our sales representative Peggy was so lost and not wanting to assist anyone she couldn’t even find the car and was or acted annoyed the entire time working with her. Now, I did find a great car and John’s Auto Dealership in Apopka, Fl

Greenway advertises competitive prices online, which they do honor, but add over $2k in Additional Dealer Profit (ADP) items such as cosmetic protection packages once you get to the dealership to partially make up for the advertised discounts. While I was informed that these ADP items were mandatory, pushback on my part eventually got them removed from the deal after getting the Desk Manager involved. Andrew, the Sales Consultant, was amicable and professional. Paolo, the Finance Manager, was friendly, professional and impressively smart.
No test drive was possible however as the vehicle was subject to a recall regarding the windshield seal. I was informed that the vehicle would undergo the repair once sold and would be available for pickup three days later.
Greenway offered me $20k for the vehicle I wished to trade in, which came as a surprise as the MMR as well as offers from Carvana and Carmax were all in the $29k range. I was informed that Greenway was a local operation and had to base its offers on the local market in Orlando and thus could not offer higher prices for traded vehicles unlike national chains such as Carvana and Carmax which have access to markets in the entire country. I found that argument strange and counterintuitive to entice one to conduct business with Greenway as opposed to the aforementioned national chains, but that is what I was told. Needless to say, I did not accept the $20k offer on my vehicle.
It is interesting to note that a week later, after walking out and being accosted by the New Car Sales Manager who offered his services to attempt to remedy the situation, I was offered $28k for my trade. I was informed that getting the New Car Sales Manager involved “changes everything” and that he has access to a wider array of wholesalers who could give more competitive offers for traded vehicles.
While the deal ultimately obtained was one I consider fair to both buyer and seller, and Andrew as well as Paolo were nice individuals to deal with, the process should not be so tedious. 4-5 hours of back and forth, conflicting information regarding valuation of traded vehicles, attempts at pushing ADP items to make up for advertised discounts and the inability to test drive the vehicle are the reasons I cannot give Greenway more than two out of five stars.
