    Very frustrated with Greenway Ford customer service at ther service desk , I purchased a 2019 CRV Honda at this dealer, and purchased an extended warranty on it ever since I bought this car here I had to deal with repairs in transmission and now 3 weeks ago brought the car in to get it fixed under warranty a problem with oil mixing in coolant, Ford sent my vehicle to 2 different Honda dealers that they work with and never called to give me updates on what they were doing, everyti.e I had to call in I had to chase a service manager after many calls and messages and would not call back. So the vehicle is brought in for the second time for same exsct issue and dealer service manager said they did not find any problem in my car , when you can clearly see coolant reservoir tank with brownish mixture of oil and coolant, now my vehicle is not repaired Ford gave it back to me and they did not resolve my problem, so who am I suppose to call now? Very disappointed with their service and be careful when buying extended warranties from them.

    If I could give zero stars, I would—absolutely the worst dealership experience of my life at Greenway Ford in Orlando. Over six months ago, my first visit was a nightmare: greeted by the pushiest salesman imaginable. When we decided it wasn’t for us and tried to leave, he literally started yelling at us. I gave them another shot later, and while the salesman on my 2020 Chevy Silverado purchase was decent, everything else was a complete disaster. Customer service is nonexistent—no one answers phones, no one returns calls or emails. I was repeatedly assured that the known lifter and camshaft issues on these trucks had been “rigorously checked,” but just six months later, I’m facing a $10,000+ repair bill. Now I’m stranded 500 miles from home with a blown engine because Greenway clearly doesn’t inspect their used vehicles properly and will flat-out lie to your face to make a sale. To top it off, they bragged about what a “great deal” I was getting—until I saw the internal sheet showing their massive profit markup. Shady doesn’t even begin to cover it. I’ve called multiple times begging for help with this engine catastrophe, only to be left on hold for 30+ minutes every single time with zero resolution. I will never spend another penny here and strongly urge everyone to stay far away. If anyone from management actually cares about fixing this, please call me directly to discuss making this right—I’m beyond frustrated and out thousands because of your negligence.

    I purchased a Ford F-150 from Greenway Ford on November 1, 2025, and this dealership has been nothing short of incompetent. I bought this vehicle out of state, while residing and registering the vehicle in Texas, which makes their failure even more unacceptable. They dragged out the deal over insurance despite Texas law allowing 30 days to obtain coverage. Even then, they still failed to do their job properly and made me return on November 12, 2025 to sign documents they somehow forgot the first time. To make matters worse, the deal didn’t get finalized until December 2, 2025. A month and 1 day after I initially bought my vehicle. After nonstop back-and-forth from November 2025 through today, January 2, 2026, my truck is still not legally registered. Greenway Ford never transferred my license plate, and the Texas DMV has confirmed they have zero record of any paperwork being submitted by Greenway Ford on my behalf. My license plate is not registered to my vehicle, months after purchase. On top of this, Jorge, the finance manager, was unprofessional and disorganized, and it took over a month just to mostly finalize the deal—yet the most basic responsibility, vehicle registration, remains unresolved. Buying a vehicle out of state already requires attention to detail. Greenway Ford failed at even the basics. This experience shows a complete lack of organization, accountability, and respect for the customer. I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.

    Me wife and I bought a vehicle here about a year ago. We negotiated a price on a vehicle that was in transit to the dealership. Both us and the dealership came to an agreement that if the interest rates were better when the car arrived, we could take advantage of that, we both SIGNED this written agreement. The day came to pick up the car, do all the paperwork, etc. This process took 7 hours on a vehicle that we had already agreed on a price. Why? Multiple reasons. 1. Yes, they allowed us to take advantage of the lower interest rate, however, tried raising the price of the deal by $2,000. We asked why? They said it was a rebate that is no longer available. False, it was a NEGOTIATED price reduction, not my problem how they got it there when we negotiated from a higher price. 2. We had a trade in vehicle, there was a big sign outside that said they will BEAT any offer. When we presented an offer and mentioned the sign, the salesmen laughed and said "no, that's been there for years". I don't care if it's been there for decades, it's there. I asked for an expert on the car (it was an EV), the expert knew extremely little, far less than me, about the car. Just a terrible experience, won't be going back.
