    I had an outstanding experience working with Edlen Colon!     The Definition of a "Bait & Switch" – Avoid at All Costs ​If you’ve ever wondered why car dealerships have a reputation for being dishonest, look no further than Greenway Ford. They are the living embodiment of every negative stereotype in the industry. ​I was lured in with a specific price—told exactly what I wanted to hear just to get me through the door—only to find out it was a total fabrication. It wasn't a misunderstanding; it was a calculated misrepresentation. Their business model relies on the hope that once you're physically in the building, they can exhaust you into overpaying through shady tactics and flat-out lies. ​I am genuinely shocked they maintain above a four-star rating. Do not be fooled by the average. My experience was predatory and unprofessional. There are too many honest businesses in the area to waste a single second or dollar here. Research your other options, keep your guard up, and stay as far away from this location as possible.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! READ EVERY DETAIL OR THEY WILL SCREW YOU!!! I should have caught the sneaky changes they made to my contract back in November. They used a small iPad to view the contract, so I missed the changes they made to RIP ME OFF. When I got home and viewed the documents on a large screen, I noticed a random $1000 accessories charge added as well as $1200 less for my trade in. After several attempts to get answers via email on that and other charges, Olivia Jones, John Martinez, and others have ghosted me without a proper explanation. I assume that is because they know they are unscrupulous in manipulating a contract. AGAIN... THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU ONCE YOU EXIT...

    Stay away, Run from this place, Absolutely unacceptable experience at Greenway Ford (9001 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32817). I scheduled a test drive in advance for a Ford F-150 Raptor. The salesperson confirmed the appointment. My wife and I showed up excited and fully prepared to purchase the truck if everything checked out. We were literally sitting inside the vehicle when the manager came out and said they do NOT allow test drives because they “don’t want to put miles on the car.” This is either extreme incompetence or bait-and-switch behavior. If test drives are not allowed, SAY SO BEFORE people drive across town and waste their time. Don’t confirm appointments and then pull the rug out once customers arrive. So let me get this straight — you expect customers to buy a high-performance truck without ever driving it? This is either extreme incompetence or bait-and-switch behavior, wich that is why trhis dealers are closing doors, If test drives are not allowed, SAY SO BEFORE people drive across town and waste their time. Don’t confirm appointments and then pull the rug out once customers arrive. We are not morons. No serious buyer is going to spend that kind of money without testing the vehicle first. If you don’t allow test drives, be upfront before people rearrange their schedules and drive to your dealership. Confirming an appointment and then refusing the test drive in person is unacceptable. This was a complete waste of time and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. Extremely disappointing experience. Poor communication, poor customer treatment, and very unprofessional management. I will absolutely take my business elsewhere

    Greenway Ford Kissimmee, Florida I honestly don’t even know where to begin because my experience at Greenway Ford in Kissimmee was nothing short of incredible and truly unforgettable. From start to finish this was a day I will remember for the rest of my life. My salesman Eric, went so far above and beyond that words almost don’t do it justice. Eric and I worked together for 12 straight hours to make sure I walked out with the right vehicle and not once did he give up rush me, or lose his positive attitude. From the very moment I called him that morning to let him know I was coming in to buy a car he was genuinely excited for me and that excitement stayed with him all day long. There were definitely some challenges on the financial side and my bank made things extremely difficult. That part was frustrating and exhausting but it was not Eric’s fault at all. He stayed patient supportive, and encouraging through every obstacle. In the end I was able to figure everything out and walk out of the dealership with a vehicle paid in full no payments, which felt absolutely amazing. The wait and the effort were 100% worth it. I originally wanted a Ford Explorer but it ended up being a little outside of my budget and that was okay. I ended up with a GMC Acadia, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. It fits my needs perfectly and I left feeling proud, accomplished and excited about the future. What really stood out to me was how kind and supportive everyone was. The entire sales team kept a positive attitude and the general manager was incredibly thoughtful she even brought me a sandwich and coffee which meant a lot after such a long and stressful day. That small gesture showed how much they truly care about their customers. I made sure to personally tell her how outstanding Eric is. He is hardworking dedicated patient and truly passionate about helping people. This was my very first car, and that makes this experience even more emotional and meaningful for me. Eric, I truly could not have done this without you and I am so grateful for everything you did to help make this happen. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Eric and the entire Greenway Ford team. This wasn’t just buying a car it was a life moment. Greenway Ford will always have a special place in my heart.
