  Really easy and fast. They under promised and over delivered. Washed my car for pick up too.

  The customer service after a repair is awful. I had two problems. 1. The pin stripe put on the car was the wrong color. They ask to bring car in to see and Josh confirmed the wrong color was used. The said they would send stripe vendor to me. After several days when I hadn’t heard I called and the same person said it did match because the other side faded. I proved them wrong but every time I asked about the vendor they used kept saying it was due to fading. The second problem was the door was replaced and they broke the clips on the speaker so it only works intermittently. I took to them and they checked and said everything was ok. I took car home and the next day it was not working again. I removed door cover then the speaker and found the broken clips. Waiting on a response from them. When I call them they send my number to National call line. Don’t use this garage.

  I tried to book an appointment to get an estimate over the phone and Rhonda told me to go online with my insurance and choose them as the preferred shop. When I asked more questions, she accused me of wanting to cash out instead of actually getting my car fixed. Due to the rude assumptions made by Rhonda too early in the morning on a Friday, I am going to Caliber Collision instead. This is my first time ever having to get work done on my car, so I’m not well versed on what to do. Her manor was very condescending and not the energy I needed.
