- KSKennedy StiffNov 14, 20251.0I tried to book an appointment to get an estimate over the phone and Rhonda told me to go online with my insurance and choose them as the preferred shop. When I asked more questions, she accused me of wanting to cash out instead of actually getting my car fixed. Due to the rude assumptions made by Rhonda too early in the morning on a Friday, I am going to Caliber Collision instead. This is my first time ever having to get work done on my car, so I’m not well versed on what to do. Her manor was very condescending and not the energy I needed.
