  My experience with Gerber collision was subpar to say the least. Communication on the completion of my car was inconsistent. When my mother and I explained our issues with the obvious paint difference and new scratches they continued to be dismissive. Mark Oakley GM, was immediately condescending and argumentative. We repeatedly asked questions on how to fix the issues of what steps to take and all Mark Oakley had to say was “somebodies gotta pay it” and when we asked what they can do or recommend, they told us that it would cost $20,000 and “someone’s gotta pay for it” when we began to show videos of our car prior to their service and the new marks I see on it, Adrian started saying our car isn’t even worth being fixed and they’re surprised that our insurance didn’t just total it and that we’re lucky. Overall this was an awful service and I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone in a crisis!

  I can’t say enough about the staff at Gerber. They are courteous and friendly. My car was hit, but the driver didn’t stay. I don’t know where it happened because I’m an only driver and it was the right rear panel. It could’ve happened a day ago or a month ago. I went to Gerber because they’re an authorized repair shop for my car insurance ( I didn’t go through my insurance). I wanted a company that Insurance companies trust. I was not disappointed. They took my car in and gave it back to me in 72 hours. They had to take off the right rear door, a corner window, the side panel, rear bumper, tail light, etc. etc. etc. My car has cameras all over and I was more concerned about electronics than I was about the body work. I can’t find the original area that was hit. They matched the paint perfectly and the glaze is identical. I’ve heard horror stories about repair shops. But I can say unequivocally that Gerber is the best. I felt the price was very reasonable. In fact,I expected to pay a lot more. It’s never fun when your vehicle is damaged, but they made it an “easy” fix.

  I brought in my Black CR-V Sport Hybrid to Gerber Collision & Glass to get some dents fixed, and Adrian did an incredible job. The car looks flawless — you can’t even tell there was any damage. Adrian was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure the work was done right. He kept me informed throughout the process and delivered the car back looking like brand new. I really appreciate the care and attention to detail he put into the repair. If you need bodywork done, I highly recommend asking for Adrian — he truly goes above and beyond!
