    Gerber located in Semoran did an amazing work!! So so so happy with the results, my car looks brand new and I cannot thank them enough! They even finished the job ahead of schedule which was more than I could ask for, just excellent service from the front desk to the guys handling my car, 10000/10

    Don’t let them know anything about you make sure your life is very very private. They had the nerve to tell me to my face. They know how much money I make I can pay whatever amount they give me. I would avoid this place at all cost. He said There is a reason why we dont mess with African-Americans anyways. There was no need for that

    The reason why I gave one star is because I called to confirm certain things regarding my repairs for my car Nellie who picked up the phone was very dismissive and rude. Customer service is important. If I’m paying for my car to be repaired I as the customer have the right to call and ask questions regarding my vehicle. Everyone else has been very helpful and respectful towards me.

    Gerber collision went above and beyond, I was so satisfied with the excellent job that was done to my car, and the customer service was excellent and exceptional, Carlos that guy i will forever deal with him on a regular basic he was knowledge and very good at his job and would definitely recommend this company with any if my families and friends 🧡

    I had an accident the beginning of 2025. I brought my car to Gerber. They did a wonderful job fixing my car. Later on that day I when got my car back, I noticed some stain spots on my trim on the steering wheel and the trim on the driver side door. I brought it back two days later and they said to me, how do we know you didn’t do this yourself? So in other words, the manager called me a liar. I finally got it taken care of after the manager finally gave in. I think like 2 to 3 months later, I brought my car back to them because like I said, they did a really great job on my car. I had left an old red jacket in the backseat of my car. It always stayed back there. It never went in the house. It always is in the back of my car. When I got my car back, I noticed a month later that my jacket was not in the car. Now I know they always say to never leave anything in the car, but if it had been stolen by just anybody, I would’ve been like OK oh well, I lost my jacket. But I know this was personal because of our previous interaction. Nobody ever rides in my car so I know that nobody else had taken it. Granted, I have no proof, but when I gave them my car, I requested that nobody clean the inside of the car. They told me that the only two people that would go in the car would be the rep and the manager. So another words, the manager is the one who took my jacket. Like I said, the jacket never leaves the car so they’ve called me a liar, and they got revenge on me and stole my jacket. I recommend that people do not go to this location. I have read in other reviews that they have done things to the inside of other people’s cars, and they didn’t take accountability for it. My first mistake is that I went back to them. Like I said, I really thought they did a good job on my car. But I did not think the manager was going to get revenge on me and steal my jacket. if you ask me, that is the utmost opposite of professionalism. I never thought the manager was going to be a thief.
