- AKAnil kumarDec 31, 20251.0I booked a rental from December 23rd to December 30th (until 4:00 PM). The agreed price was $286, plus a $300 security deposit. I returned the car early on December 30th at 5:45 AM. The next day, I saw a charge of $380 for the rental alone. When I inquired, I was told Enterprise had the booking down for Dec 23rd to the 29th. However, I booked through Costco and have the email confirmation proving the 30th was the correct return date.This has been a terrible experience; I have been calling customer care and still don't know what is going on. I previously used Avis and never had any issues. I hope Enterprise can fix this immediately, otherwise.

When I got to the location they had my rental ready to go, they were all very kind, and it was a smooth process. I was very happy with my overall experience with them. - AZAngel ZayasNov 13, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise tonight..I waited for over an hour at a body shop for someone from Enterprise to pick me up for my scheduled rental, and no one ever showed up for me. Interestingly, an Enterprise employee did arrive—but only to pick up one of their own coworkers. When I asked if he was there for a pickup , he said he was only there for his coworker to be picked . He didn’t even ask for my name to check and just simply left. I then received a phone from Enterprise on closing time informing me that no one would be coming and that I should reschedule for the next business day. Being left stranded with such limited communication was extremely unprofessional and very inconvenient. Location: Orange Avenue
