    The staff (Gabby) was very friendly and professional. The vehicke was very nice and clean. The whole process was very smooth and efficient. Would definitely rent with Enterprise again. Highly recommended.

    I booked a rental from December 23rd to December 30th (until 4:00 PM). The agreed price was $286, plus a $300 security deposit. I returned the car early on December 30th at 5:45 AM. The next day, I saw a charge of $380 for the rental alone. When I inquired, I was told Enterprise had the booking down for Dec 23rd to the 29th. However, I booked through Costco and have the email confirmation proving the 30th was the correct return date.This has been a terrible experience; I have been calling customer care and still don't know what is going on. I previously used Avis and never had any issues. I hope Enterprise can fix this immediately, otherwise.

Office manager Gabi and her team were professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making the entire rental process smooth and stress‑free.     I rented a car from this location this summer and it was an amazing experience! It was my first rental experience and I booked online. When I got to the location they had my rental ready to go, they were all very kind, and it was a smooth process. I was very happy with my overall experience with them. I think I might be an Enterprise customer for life if this is my experience at other locations!
