Interestingly, an Enterprise employee did arrive—but only to pick up one of their own coworkers. When I asked if he was there for a pickup , he said he was only there for his coworker to be picked . He didn’t even ask for my name to check and just simply left. I then received a phone from Enterprise on closing time informing me that no one would be coming and that I should reschedule for the next business day. Being left stranded with such limited communication was extremely unprofessional and very inconvenient. Location: Orange Avenue

I wasnt feeling well and asked if I could just leave the car in Ft Pierce, since there was an Enterprise across the street from the dealership. The Manager gave the OK. I was so beyond greatful. When I turned in the car that Enterprise was short an SUV and the gentleman said "I was an Enterprise Angel". I told him to please call Orlando and let them know because they are the true Angels. They gave me the OK to turn the car in at that location. I highly recommend this location on Orange Ave. They made such a stressful situation so easy on more than 1 occasion. I will forever be greatful to all of them.
