Even though the location was understaffed and I had to wait a couple of hours, I really want to point out how efficiently the manager handled everything while still giving full attention to each customer. He patiently explained things when someone didn’t understand — I wasn’t an exception either. I also appreciate that they always ask whether the car works for you or if you’d prefer to wait a bit longer. They even let you know which cars are coming next so you can choose. Even though they don’t have as many cars available as the airport locations, they do their best to make sure you get a car that works for you. The return process was quick and smooth as well. Nobody tried to find some small scratch to charge me extra, and I got my deposit back in just a few minutes
