He explained to me it is but right after another fella stepped in and offered me the vehicle size I booked. I was given a camry as per my liking and booking. Overall a good experience.

Took it on the road and it sounded fine until I got on the highway and it started to sound like a motorcycle struggling to rev. Tried to get it switched out in the morning, employee told me it would be delivered to me. Waited a few hours. Got back on phone. It was like our conversation from the morning never happened-no record of my address, no record of the call, no anything. On top of it the woman speaking to me was incredibly rude and refused to answer my questions, acted like she was doing me a favor for doing a job that should have already been completed in the first place. Avoid these lunatics.
