  Son un desastre, quisimos cambiar el auto el cual habiamos rentado y nos estaba dando problemas, no nos resolvieron el problema, nos hablaron mal, nos hicieron esperar 40 minutos, no nos querían dar el mismo tipo de auto por el que habíamos pagado y había únicamente una persona que nos dijo que no nos podía resolver el problema. No recomiendo venir a este lugar piensenlo bien antes de ir porque es como ir a un desierto no hay nada ni nadie

  PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN - NOS HICIERON ESPERAR 30 MIN Y NO NOS RESOLVIERON NADA NADIE VOLVIÓ A ATENDERNOS NOS RETIRAMOS DEL LUGAR SIN SOLUCIÓN (el auto lo alquilamos en álamo) ÁLAMO NOS MANDÓ AHÍ Y NO NOS RESOLVIÓ NADA TAMPOCO NO VAYAN NO LO RECOMIENDO PERDIDA DE TIEMPO

  I would leave negative stars if possible. Had to wait HOURS for a car. They rented cars, but had none left on site. You had to wait for one to be brought back or for them to go get one from a body shop or dealership. We waited an hour just to be checked in. Horrible service.

  I needed a last minute rental, and first tried Avis. They were very sketchy and uncooperative, and then let me know that they were going to run a hard credit check, and if it wasn't above 700, they wouldn't rent to me. I didn't need the ding on my credit, and at that point, I didn't trust these weirdos with my information. So I went to Enterprise, and found an entirely professional operation. The prices were about the same, but the people were friendly and helpful, and there was no credit check. I was able to return the car to a different local location at no extra charge, and they were friendly and helpful there, too. It's Enterprise for me in the future.

  The staff was great and the vehicle was clean. It was ready for pickup on time. I have been a customer of Enterprise for two decades. Thank you for everything you do! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
