    I was left stranded by Hertz, which didn’t have a car that I booked. I was able to book a standard car through Enterprise, who sent someone to pick me up and drive me to their location. They had a Chevy Trax for me at no extra cost. Then when I returned it, they drove me down the road to my next destination.

    My experience was completely subpar. I had to utilize their services because I was hit in a collision and working with the liable party’s insurance. My issues were not resolved for a week, but my husband called once and miraculously it changed. That should’ve never been the case. Both vehicles I drove were only OK and the last one smelling of cat urine. Several of my colleagues told me of similar experiences with Enterprise. One told me he took his issues all the way up to corporate who never responded or expressed concern so I didn’t bother. I’m just glad it’s behind me and I will never use them again.
