  I made a reservation for a car one week in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, the vehicle they assigned to me was in very poor condition. Warning lights were on, the brakes made loud noises when braking, the back of the car was badly scratched, and the interior smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I immediately raised these concerns with the staff, but they were unable to help or offer a better vehicle. On top of that, the car was not ready as promised and did not even have a full tank of gas. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not what I expected after reserving in advance. I would not recommend this location based on the lack of vehicle quality and customer service

  On at least 3 occasions we have made a reservation to pick up a vehicle only to get there and have the staff tell us that they are sold out and they do not have any vehicles. I don't know what happened to this company. They used to be very reliable and had lots of vehicles from which we could choose. If they didn't have the car we reserved they would often give us a free upgrade. It seems those days are long gone. They are understaffed and under stocked.

  Tyler provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire rental process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable and confident with the vehicle. His efficiency and positive attitude made the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s employees like Tyler who truly make a difference. Enterprise is lucky to have him. I would absolutely recommend working with Tyler and will gladly return because of the great service he provided. Michael was very professional and efficient during the car drop-off. He made the return process quick and easy and provided excellent customer service.

  Enterprise car rental on Colonial Drive Orlando FL is fast easy, and simple car rental the best. Great customer service on top of fast service 👏. I really liked that.

  My experience with enterprise was very comfortable staff provided great care with my needs. Staff was kind professional and knowledgeable in the future I'll go to enterprise for any out of city or state traveling thanks Enterprise for your good service
