  Enterprises policy of not being able to contact a branch via phone is appalling. Even in the event of a medical emergency, they can’t contact the branch any other way than via “messages”, which never got followed up on to a solution. The lack of follow up on issues experienced during a rental is atrocious and nonexistent. Telling you whatever they need to say to get you off the phone is their approach. Most of the people of Enterprise, especially those at branch level, are good people.They deserve 5/5 stars With that said, the Customer Service department of Enterprise is the worst in the industry. They deserve -4 stars, hence the 1 star you’re left with.

  Enterprise staff were friend and accommodating. I was a little disappointed in the car. I always remember when renting cars they were always so clean, and nice. The one I rented was dirty! The windows weren't cleaned, the carpet was dirty and it was certainly a low end model car! The prices went up significantly, and the quality of the cars went down. I guess that's what happens over time? I did let an Enterprise rep know my feelings about the rental, and they did try to make it right by giving me a credit of one day rental fee. Not sure if I would rent from them gain though. I think I need to do my homework and read the reviews prior to renting.

  Well, I like the fact that I can reserve everything online and just go straight to my car however, last July was the last July and some of that helped me with my bag didn’t see my neck pillow in the back of the seat And I have never received it yet. They told me they were gonna send it to me to my Maryland address. I never got it so that I’m very sad because I lost my great neck pillow that I loved so much when I travel. thank you and I often rent from you guys which I’m going there again at the end of this month and will rent from you again. I would love to have my neck pillow. They’re waiting for me. I’m going there on 28 November cause someone bring it to the desk for me. I’ll be there 28th of November. Thank you. I would really appreciate it.

  DO NOT RENT WITH ENTERPRISE!! NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING NOT EVEN THE MANAGERS OR BILLING! I WAS CHARGED DOUBLE WITHOUT MY CONSENT WHICH IS FRAUD! AFTER BEING TOLD THAT I COULD PAY THE AMOUNT OF $697 “FROM A TOWING ISSUE THAT HAD HAPPENED” AS IM ABLE USING A LINK THEY PROVIDED FOR ME!!! WELL THE VERY NEXT DAY I WAS CHARGED DOUBLE! I NOW HAVE $1,393 COMING OUT OF MY ACCOUNT! THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ONE ANOTHER! THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND! TELL YOU THAT THEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU AND NEVER CALL OR EMAIL! NOT ONE PERSON HAS TAKEN ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ANY OF THIS! I AM FIGHTING TO GET MY BANK ACCOUNT BACK TO NORMAL WITH MY BANK AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT MORE DAYS! BILLS ARE NOW DUE AND MY ACCOUNT IS NOW NEGATIVE! DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD ON FILE! I WILL NOW BE GOING TO THE POLICE!

  I rented this vehicle from MCO, Terminal C on Friday, 10-31-25. I arrived at 3pm to get it. The place was busy, but manageable. I dealt with Bella, who was helpful and had me on the way to getting into the vehicle in 20-25 minutes. The vehicle was located at the bottom level of the parking garage. I took the escalator downstairs and was given two choices: a Ford Expedition or Jeep Wagoneer. I chose the Ford and did a quick walk around before taking it. While exiting the garage, which took about ten minutes, I noticed the tire pressure light was on for the right front tire. I mentioned it to one of the workers, and they said I could check it at a local gas station and bring it back if that did not work. Time is of the essence when renting and I was due to pick up a client. I went to the 7-Eleven down the road and tried to fill the tire, but something was not right with it. It was either a bad valve stem, tire sensor or indicator in the vehicle. Ultimately, I kept it through Monday afternoon. The pressure fluctuated between 26-30 but appeared to be fine. It never went flat. That said, it falls on the rental company to ensure all vehicles are operational. It should not fall back on the renter to ensure the mechanical functionality is fine before it's rented. When I brought it back, I brought it to the attention of the person who scanned it in. The worker's name was Brian. I told him about my thoughts on the tire, and he took out some white chalk to mark the exterior of the left rear glass. He said he would send it to the mechanics to be evaluated, which was the right thing to do. The vehicle was in decent condition. It was a 2024 and had 43,000 miles on it. That's a lot, but you get what you get. The interior was pretty clean and did not smell like weed or have any major issues. The exterior was not the best. Lots of water spots and stains from bug impacts. It did its job. Ultimately, if you use or borrow something, make it better than how you got it. That's what I did.
