  Great experience! Ended up in a dilemma (my fault) when arriving at Orlando (MCO) airport and after running around to different car rentals needing help, the Interprise Agents were so very helpful which helped calm me!!!! Hooked me up with a fair price nice car and sent me on my way making the changes to drop off I needed, that no other rental co was willing to do….so a huge Thank You to them! Then returning car the gentleman that helped was over and above friendly and nice…straight up, GREAT GUY also very concerned to make sure all went smooth for us pick up to how car drove/clean etc… Will 100% be back to enterprise next time and there after…..:))

  I have been a long-time renter with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, currently holding Platinum status in their loyalty program. Unfortunately, over time I have seen a significant decline in both customer service and overall vehicle quality. From the initial greeting experience to the condition of the vehicles, the level of service is not what it used to be. On multiple occasions, I’ve received vehicles that later showed mechanical issues. As a customer, you shouldn’t have to be mechanically knowledgeable to detect potential problems before driving off the lot. The loyalty program also feels meaningless. Even as a Platinum member, there is no noticeable recognition or priority service. You still wait in the same line as everyone else, with no clear benefit for your loyalty. That defeats the purpose of maintaining status. Because of these ongoing disappointments, I now prefer renting from Sixt. Their customer service has improved significantly, staff are more attentive, and they are consistently willing to work with customers. The experience feels more professional and customer-focused. I used to rent every month, but based on recent experiences, I can no longer recommend Enterprise the way I once did.

  I rented a "luxury" vehicle which was supposed to be a BMW or Audi vehicle - when I showed up all they had was a Hyundai Genesis. This vehicle is not a luxury car of the same caliber as the European luxury cars and their CarPlay interface is a disaster. When I returned the vehicle early I received an excess mileage charge that was 50% of the total previously agreed to booking cost...I have not yet heard back from my inquiries to Enterprise as to why I was charged this excess mileage charge and I am not happy about this at all. Maybe not the review you were looking for but you shouldn't do this to your frequent customers.

  I rented a Wagoneer for 9 days so I could cart around 8 adults and all of our luggage to the hotel and then all of the theme parks during the week we stayed in Orlando. I rented the car through Costco and couldn't believe how easy it was to pick up and drop off the vehicle. If you aren't aware, the Rentals are in the same terminal so you don't have to take a shuttle to get there. Most of the other rental car agencies had a ton of people in line but I was able to just walk up to the counter with no waiting and have them double check my reservation, then head over across the street to the rental car garage to get my car. The person there just handed me a key and told me where to go and voila, that was it! The car was in great shape, the gas tank was full, and I had zero issues with the rental. Dropping it off was super easy too...you just drive back to the same terminal, pull into the rental return, and follow the signs. Took not even 5 minutes for them to check the car back in. I love Enterprise as their cars are always in good shape, it's always fast to pick them up and drop off, and this particular Enterprise was even easier than others at other airports simply due to the proximity to Terminal A. Can't recommend them enough! BTW, the Wagoneer was an awesome car for us. Fit all 8 people comfortably including all luggage. Highly recommend you rent a Premier SUV from Enterprise if you need to drive around 8 people over a mini van.

  Overall the experience of getting the car and dropping off was fine. The problem lies with trash/crumbs in the car when I first received it. Additionally the car needed a software update and seemingly caused the key fob to be obsolete. This lead to manually needing to pull the key out of the fob everytime I wanted to unlock the car or I had to leave it unlocked. When I would unlock the car the alarm would go off which was super annoying. I bought a new battery for the fob hoping that would fix it, but it didn’t. I also asked for someone to come exchange the car but didn’t get a response. Fortunately they provided a credit for the battery and gas usage to help compensate. Overall I feel satisfied with the credits , but they need better quality assurance to ensure the cars are clean and updated before loaning.
