Had to take an Uber to get there, called and the phone rang for 20 minutes and no one picked up (called to just to confirm someone would be there to take care of me) - no one answered. I walked in the front door, a guy was standing there WHILE the phone was still ringing from my call. Told me they were out of cars. YOU COULDNT BE BOTHERED TO EMAIL OR CALL ME AND TELL ME NOT TO COME AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE WHEN CUSTOMERS CALL? Had to take an uber back to the airport where THANKFULLY the airport took care of us, despite also being “out of cars”. Spent $50 on Ubers that could’ve been avoided with an ounce of acceptable customer service.
