  Had a great time and experience with enterprise. Picking up and dropping off, the rental went very smooth. Had a great time on my vacation. Definitely will recommend enterprise rental, they gave me an excellent safe vehicle.

  Hunter, Stephen and Josue were stellar employees. They went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and went out of their way to help me with my rental. They remembered me right off the bat and treated me with major respect. I wish all employees were like Hunter. Definitely will return for my car rental needs. Thumbs up.

  Oh wow. Just wow. I started a family vacation with a reservation made eight months in advance, only to arrive and be told there were no vehicles available for anyone that entire day. I had reserved a 12-passenger van months ago and even checked in the day before—none of it mattered. When we arrived, there was simply no vehicle. The only employee on site was filling in because the manager had quit the day before. He repeatedly said there was “nothing he could do” and openly mentioned he was ready to quit as well. That alone says everything about how this location is being run. The only reason we didn’t completely miss our vacation was because I went to a service center next door and someone asked what was wrong and someone there was kind enough to take a vehicle out of service to help us—uncleaned and clearly not ready to rent. At that point, I had no choice but to accept it. The car had 47,000 miles, was clearly about to be sold, and was not in great condition—but I was grateful to have anything so to salvage our vacation To make matters worse, the so-called manager called me after I dropped off the vehicle and repeatedly referred to this disaster as a “small inconvenience” that “only took an hour and a half” to resolve. That language was insulting. My entire family waited for hours at the airport, and the first day of our vacation was ruined. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a sincere apology, they minimized the situation and asked, “What can we do to make you happy?” Well, I don’t think anything they could do to make me happy as a long-term customer to know that the company was being run into the ground obviously. So I wait a few days so I could think about what I could say to them about this experience and called corporate offices and they relayed me to the team lead supervisor in the region, which basically told me they could do nothing. The answer is simple: you already lost a long-term customer. I strongly suggest avoiding Enterprise. This used to be a proud family run corporation that I proudly supported. This is exactly what happens when a company adopts a broken corporate model—no accountability, no customer service, and no respect for customers’ time or plans.
