    Go to a bigger enterprise location if you really need to rent from them and need to get somewhere on time. I reserved a spot online, got confirmation. Arrived a few minutes before noon, and they had no cars. Checked in, asked if i needed to wait on site, they said no, they would call. I call an hour later, no answer. I decide to give them more time. Lo and behold, 2.5-3 hours later, no call. I return and they said they weren’t aware of my check in. They got me a van and knocked a day off my rental (+1 star), but for it being a small location, I’m so confused over how a miscommunication like this could happen.

    Enterprise was a pleasure to work with. Especially letting me know when my auto insurance would stop payments. Letting me keep the same car at a terrific rate. Easy return.

    I'm very intentional about renting from this location. I've been renting from this particular location for 5 years. Every rental has not been perfect, but the way in which any issues has been handled has been perfect. Kudos to Jerry, the District Manager, former Manager who has been promoted Titus and agents Cameron and Embark... Thank you for the service you all provide
