    When the Budget Rental that was included in our vacation package made us jump through ridiculous hoops and ultimately wouldn't rent to us, Enterprise came through! Made the whole process easy and made sure we had what we needed. Victoria, Yolanda and their manager, Elliot, deserve a raise!!! Sorry Budget, it's my policy not to patronize companies that cause such stress for travelers. Universal should consider switching their partnership.

    Exceptional service and communication. I have been to plenty of rental companies and locations and this one supersedes the others by far. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name who helped me, but everyone there is great. The car selection is wonderful and every car I have rented from there has been spotless. The wait time was less than 5 minutes from checking in to doing the vehicle walk-around. I highly recommend! This is for enterprise in Orlando on L B McLeod
