  The manager Rod and Staff at Enterprise at East Colonial provides exceptional customer service, they goes above and beyond to provide a comfortable manageable vehicle, they were able to deliver the vehicle to me. This was a very stress free experience. Highly recommend Enterprise at East Colonial. Thank you Rod and your staff for excellent customer service 🙏🏽🙏🏽

  My husband and I have been renting with Enterprise Rent-A-Car for many years, and I can confidently say that one of the best customer service experiences we have ever received was from Will Vidal Rivera Wow truly outstanding service. He was extremely kind, attentive, and professional. He took the time to find the best options for us, and his positive attitude and genuine personality made all the difference in our experience. Companies like Enterprise definitely need more employees like Will. Thank you for providing service with excellence!

  In my personal opinion, I was provided with the best car, the best service, and the best experience ever...probably out of anywhere. There were some limitations that had to be overcome before I was able to rent a car, and the workers at the Enterprise on East Colonial were more than happy to work with me to overcome these limitations. After the car was in my possession, I was not burdened with askings of updates, so in that respect, I appreciated the trust they had in me that I would care for this car. In regards to the car, it was new, amazing, beautiful, and smooth! I was sad to see it go, but I may, later on, get one of my own...that is how much I loved it! My experience was not just business, it was genuine connection with the employees excited about and playfully jealous of the car I was receiving and never fussing about being my "Uber" making back and forth trips to the mechanic where my personal car was, making the experience enjoyable and memorable. Thank you everyone at Enterprise East Colonial!

  I hate writing reviews, but when i was picking up, i went to pay with my card, i was asked how ill be paying by debit or credit … i just wanted to pay with my debit card. told me they would have to do a background verification if i wanted to simply just pay with a normal debit card…. asked for my home adress, i gave it to them, and they told me it was wrong… that the adress i gave them was “not verifying in their system” whatever that means. i don’t have a credit card, so that wasn’t an option for me. essentially they told me i wouldn’t be able to rent by paying with a debit card unless i gave them a home adress that was cleared by their “system”. i don’t understand why home adress was needed or why any form of verification is needed in order for me to just pay? i was never notified of any of this when speaking with them over the phone, my only other option was to bring them documentation of utility bills stating i do infact live at that home adress which obviously i didn’t just have handy. thankfully i had family with me who was able to put it in their name instead and add me as a driver which of course costed us way more money. had nothing to do with the staff they were all very kind just unfortunate experience
