  There was a miscommunication on my end, completely my fault and I arrived late for my reservation past closing time. Rodley was still there and was extremely nice and got me going right away. I am extremely grateful. I usually rent a vehicle for work 2-3 times a month from MCO, but the staff here is much nicer and faster. Thank you so much for helping me out!

  Want to say thank you and give kuddos to Rod and Christina on their excellent customer service they gave me. In an other wise stressful situation I was going through that day they made this part of it so much easier. Professional, courteous and very helpful.

  When I had originally ordered my car, I had to go offsite of MCO. And when I went to the Hoffner location, unfortunately, they were overbooked on cars. However, the empathy and sincerity that I received from the employee, Rodley, made my entire experience far beyond anything I could've imagined. He was so kind and respectful, understanding the unfortunate situation I was in due to the overbooking. At the time of my arrival, the Hoffner location was just about to close, and in no time at all, he found me another enterprise dealership nearby that would be able to accommodate my rental. I had arrived to the Hoffner location via an Uber, and Rodley was kind enough to take me to the next location. I was just so amazed. I personally wanted to make sure that I mentioned this. I'm looking forward to renting with enterprise again because of this encounter.
