  Mike and his team did an absolutely outstanding job fixing the front-end issues on my F-250. From start to finish, Mike was incredibly responsive, transparent, and true to his word. Every time he said he’d do something, he followed through — no runaround, no surprises. If you’re looking for an auto shop that operates with integrity and actually takes care of its customers, Edgewood Service & Tires is the place to go. It’s hard to find shops you can truly trust these days, but these guys exceeded my expectations. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommend!

  Update I drove the vehicle back from the shop and it seemed ok. However, I did a much more comprehensive drive and the noise remains. While torquing the component to spec was likely needed, it on its own did not resolve the issue. Reproducing the sound was quite easy, so I wonder if they replicated the sound, what they actually did to isolate it, and what tests were performed to ensure it was resolved. I guess I’m back to square one. —- Original Post I had a great experience at Edgewood Service & Tire in Orlando, specifically working with Alex. I brought in my 2018 F-150 after another shop had replaced an upper control arm but the metallic tapping noise was still present. I was concerned about continuing to replace major components without a confirmed diagnosis. Alex and the team took the time to properly inspect and isolate the issue rather than “chasing” the noise with additional parts. They found that the lower coilover bolts were not fully torqued, which was causing the tapping under suspension compression. Once properly torqued, the noise was gone. No unnecessary parts. No upselling. Just accurate diagnosis and professional work. I really appreciated the transparency and the fact that they focused on identifying the actual root cause instead of recommending expensive trial-and-error repairs. Highly recommend Edgewood if you want knowledgeable, honest suspension and alignment work.

  I had such a great experience bringing my car hear Alex was awesome. Alex explained everything up front and they were so honest and did a great job with my car. Mike the owner was awesome I will recommend this place to anybody great service great pricing and unbelievable customer service hands down.
